Good breakfast included in the room rate. Hotel was in good condition and there were no defects or issues with the room. Temperature control very good. Parking arrangements worked well. Check-in and check-out very efficient. Very helpful reception staff.

An IDEAL location!!! I could walk anywhere and felt like i was in the middle of it all, yet my room was perfectly quiet. The bed was super comfortable, very nice bathroom with a great soaking tub and fantastic view from my window. The breakfast was substantial. We had a wonderful stay!

The hotel is in the great location. Walking distance to all of the attraction point. The staffs are super nice and friendly. Especially the staff at the reception. I can feel the hospitality and I appreciate their help. In general, a great place to stay when visiting Karlvovy Vary.

We are supposed to stay at a different hotel. But could not passed up this place. We are happy we stayed in this hotel. Good service, clean & quality place, very reasonable price, and the food in their restaurant is great. Its free breakfast as well.

What a beautiful place to stay! We absolutely LOVED Karlovy Vary and this hotel just made the experience even better!
The hotel is located just above the Market Colonnade and the view from our room was amazing! The room was very clean and comfortable with a King size bed and a seating area.
We were able to organize our time at the Thermal Spa directly with the hotel (would highly recommend), they offer a couple packages that are very worthwhile.
The breakfast was amazing in their lovely dinning room, very good coffee and selection.
The staff were all very kind and helpful with transport questions and anything else we needed.

We tried to take shower around 8:00 PM after great and delicious dinner at the same hotel but no hot water. Just warm water. We told front desk and manager came and told us that it is normal. That is how it is. He said we may be sensitive. But later at night and next morning, it was hot as we expected. Their water tank must be not enough.
And at night I can hear noise of sex from room above.

We had an amazing stay at Romance hotel, started by the warm welcoming at front desk by Blanka, then with the beautiful room we had. During our stay all staff were very helpful with a lovely smile always, and of course the location is excellent. Highly recommended and would definitely stay there again.

Arrived late, left early. Unfortunately. Karlovy Vary seems to be a super place, and I will try to bring my wife next time. Hotel has the potential to live up to it’s name.

It is in the very center of historic area.
I had to park outside parking lot but the hotel provided free pick-up service. Staff was kind anf helpful.
Room condition and Breakfast were also good.

There's no Spa service in the hotel, and the one nearby is closed. The massage service in the hotel is quite popular, so must book beforehand.
All in all, the service was super good!

The lunch/dinner menu was the best we had seen. Local specialties on the menu. We were very impressed. We can’t say enough about the staff. From the desk clerks to the servers at the restaurant. Location of hotel gives you easy access to all of the city.

Excellent location, just a few steps from the springs a close to everything else. Parking spot reserved thru the reception, very convenient for downtown at under 100m from the hotel. Very good breakfast. Had a superior room on the top floor - comfy bed, roomy bathroom, the room itself on the smallish side but OK for all out needs. The only negatives: the room had a water kettle and cups but no tea or coffee, and the toiletries for tea people amounted to a generic liquid hand soap, one mini bottle of shower gel (and two shower caps :-) )

Absolutely wonderful staff, exceptionally courteous and friendly. You would be hard pushed to find any fault, that is the reason I will continue my visits to Karlovy Vary.
