Nice hotel in a regenerated lockside location . Views of the city, the canal and right into /into the Leeds train station. The rooms were spacious and quiet. Nice warm chocolate cookies were given to you at the check in desk. Staff were friendly and needing a coffee we went to the 13th floor. Not my scene at all. The DJ music was too loud but the staff accommodated us by putting us out of the way. It was my daughter’s birthday so they brought a sparkler and Prosecco ( lovely touch). It was a comfortable stay, but a bit corporate. If you want no frills , just a very good comfortable hotel this is it. We are a bit more artsy and would have liked a better selection of in room hot drinks and perhaps a shower cap each in the bathroom. The rats on the walk back to the hotel made the experience a bit apocalyptic, but that’s not the hotel’s fault. ( I really am very sorry for the homeless people sleeping rough in the tunnels nearby)

Great hotel, great location loved the Sky Lounge definitely stay here again.

Lovely hotel in a Great location with friendly and professional staff.

Managed to park in the hotel car park with ease. It is a first come first serve basis and a little pricey but smack bang outside the hotel. Checked in early with ease, the lovely staff member at the desk made sure we had a canal view room. Nice touch too as we were given a warm cookie. Our room was large, clean and modern with all the facilities we needed. The room was really quiet with no complaints. We obviously heard a few comings and going in the night but nothing you wouldn’t expect. My only moan re the room is the bathroom door needs a bit of oil! The hotel was in a good area and everywhere walkable. After our evening out we decided to head back to the hotel to have a drink in the bar. Unfortunately a group in there were heavily in drink and arguing with each other so we took our drinks back to the room. Breakfast was nice with lots of selection. Again staff showed us where everything was and we were made to feel welcome. I’d recommend the hotel and we would stay again.

A really nice hotel but a shame about the staff experience. I arrived at the car park and was told over the intercom it was full. Entirely fine, I asked if they could let me through the barrier so I could turn my car around and drive out safely. A very abrupt staff member told me no and just to “turn around yourself” and then hung up as I was asking for suggestions on where else to park. I had reverse around a blind corner around a brick wall. A really disappointing start to the stay, a bit of help wouldn’t have taken any real effort at all.

It’s just a stylish hotel. Great location, lovely restaurant and fabulous roof top bar with great views of the city skyline.

This property is located smack in the city centre and is along the waterfront, convenient to pubs, bars, restaurants. The view from the SkyLounge is amazing and the ambience is fantastic. I stayed there two years in a row for while travelling for work and plan to stay ther again if the opportunity presents itself again. Note, I had choices for other places but I chose this hotel the second time around.

Weekend away with my daughter. Ideal base for train station and central to Leeds. Highly recommend

Stayed two nights for a home game for LUFC.. lovely hotel, perfect location, very reasonably priced with excellent facilities. Short taxi ride to Elland Road; easy walking distance to shopping area and restaurants.. lovely location on the canal.. really enjoyable stay.. Breakfast was excellent and great atmosphere in the Sky Lounge for drinks and music..

Amazing. From Layla on check in to attentiveness of staff in the bar. It was my daughter’s 18th and they couldn’t have made it more enjoyable for her. Thank you so much.

Clean comfortable and convenient to get around. The only drawback was that my room overlooked the train station and it was quite noisy.

Amazing, would definitely recommend! We also arrived at 12pm and were able to go straight to our room.

Parking opposite hotel was convenient and felt safe. Very friendly parking staff. Able to take car in and out of parking once allocated slot. Easy check in and out. Clean room and en-suite. If being super picky I would grumble that there was only water in mini bar and no complimentary snacks (although I was offered a cookie at check-in which I found a bit confusing). No menu for drinks could be found. Good to see decaf options in room. Overall an extremely easy stay. I was female travelling alone and felt very safe.

clean and tidy - surprisingly good for location of bars and restaurants. The roof top bar is a nice treat also has a smoking area.

The hotel is in a pretty location next to the canal, with plenty of bars and restaurants close by. Also the hotel has two lovely bars and restaurants, the Sky Lounge and The Lock. I enjoyed visiting both.

Well located hotel with well appointed rooms. Perfectly clean and the bed was very comfortable.

Great hotel in the centre. Good gym too. Although wish they can a Chromecast in the TV
