This is 5 mins from the airport so perhaps is used to overnighters, but it was excellent nonetheless. Breakfast great, dinner very good with big menu, pool lovely, staff were very welcoming and helpful. You could actually stay here and jump on the regular shuttle bus to get to D1, if you wanted. Orchid rooms throw in a lot of extras.

I stayed here for one night and appreciated its convenient location close to the airport and easy access to the central area. Despite the property and room showing some signs of wear, they are well-maintained and the service quality is commendable. It surpasses several "name-only" 5-star hotels in the city in terms of overall value and experience.

We stayed 2 Nights in the hotels Irchard Club deluxe rooms, the accomodation was really well kept and was specious and really comfortable. Unbeknown to us at the time of booking, this room type has lots of added extras like complimentary soft drinks all day, complimentary afternoon tea and complimentary cocktails and food after 6pm. The service was excellent and staff were really friendly and helpful. The hotel is a little bit outaide the main hub in Ho Chi Minh however this proved to be a god send because, aa anyone who has been will know, the closer the centre of town the more manic it is! We alao used the spa services which again were excellent, with friendly staff Thia hotel is a must stay place when in the city, a hidden gem

The staff we're very friendly and hugely accommodating, the room was large and clean, and the location was easily accessible to the airport - which was key for my outbound flight. Also, extremely affordable.

It was great in everything. For sure we will come again and stay .

Need a property upgrade

This hotel is close to the airport. The room is spacious and a breakfast is great.

We used this hotel one night only as close to airport. We stayed with PARKROYAL before in other places. On arrival we noticed that the pictures on the net are really really old. And the pool area almost close to false advertising. The room was ok once available. Super large 2,4 meter king size. Amazingly comfortable. The room itself dirty. All switched and doors full of creams and handprints etc. not sure how clean the toilet was. Nor the carpet. And don’t want to know. Bed looked clean and fresh sheets etc. wouldn’t return though. Just very dated hotel. And the level of English is just very very low even at the check in. And everything is a problem it seems. The driver spoke best English. The guy who explained the room (no need. Spend the time to better clean ;)? took us through 10 mins explaining the room in rubbish English. Not what an internal customer overall would expect. There are better choices nearby.

To be honest, you will be able to find a nicer/better place to stay if you pay more per night. The property condition is much better than what I paid for. The greatest thing was the staff. They were all professional and I could tell for sure that the staff are there to make sure you are satisfied and happy during your stay.

It seems 80’s buildings but they maintain well and updated. Restaurant served good quality food and service. Spa also clean and fine service. This is a good hotel for my business travel.

This is a great place to stay when you come in at night. It was very close to the airport and the staff is outstanding. The breakfast is fabulous in the morning.

Very convenient location to the airport and close to a lot of dining options. The breakfast buffet was small, but every item offered was really good.

Park Royal staff are very professional and their customer service is elite. I definitely recommending Park Royal hotel while visiting Ho Chi Minh City.

Am not happy with the Bathroom condition. 1 /No Hot water 2/ The water drain is borken water cant flow down 3/ toilette bow seemed broken ! Water flowing made noise

Room is big, bed is good, near to airport, good working size desk. However bath water take long time to get hot. Room does show sign of aging and may need refresh soon. Airport pick up is good and fast. Overall is a not a bad choice if you need a hotel close to airport.

The food was terrible. Dent the evening meal back.Breakfast was al a cart was tastles eggs over cooked. Bacon like cardboard sausage was not good.Bread basket and paseries acceptable.

The staff is amazing, incredibly friendly and attentive. It was a wonderful stay and I look forward to going back in a few months!

Overall is good experience. However, it could be better if they can improve their gym by adding elliptical machine and wet ones to clean machines.
