The pool is super small

The room was big and spacious. My lotion dispenser was empty. After calling the front desk, they refilled the lotion dispenser right away. Breakfast was good the host was friendly. The elevator is a little slow.

This property needs a major overhaul! If you are going to charge $800 plus a night, the beds cannot be lumpy, the room cannot smell moldy, the air conditioning unit cannot be as old as my grandparents, and the comforter should not be falling apart. The A/C noise throughout the night was horrible. The furniture is all scratched.

Great stay

I left an iron and I try to contact them to keep it for me and they still don't give me an answer, the housekeeping must report and leave the things forgotten The carpets in their rooms must be replaced.

Everything was wonderful! Just a little surprised at the lack of parking and neccesity to use the valet. $30.00 for one night parking.

A good place to stay around downtown

It was great for a family or just a couples getaway. Walking distance to restaurants.

Really enjoyed staying here; what a delightful hotel! Pleasant, friendly staff always willing to help. Gave me the exact room I requested. The hotel is close to many fine restaurants such as Mark Prime , and fun bars too. Breakfast is a wonderful free buffet. Rooms are spacious and gorgeous. The price is very reasonable for such a deluxe hotel.

Helpful staff! Nice location!

First, Kai checked us in and was amazing! They explained that their key maker was down due to the microsoft outage. They told us if we had issues with our pre-made card to let them know and they would let us in. Kai also texted my wife to ensure we were able to get in. Pne of the only reason this hotel got stars was becausw of Kai! If I could rate just Kai, I would give him 10/10. I will say the room was nice, clean and comfortable. That would also get a 10/10. Second, we were extremely disappointed in breakfast. They knew the day before our stay they were out of butter, cream cheese, regular milk and most of the toppings for the waffles, however, nobody thought to get some for the breakfast crowd on Monday. The lady said "We had a rush on Saturday so we ran out." She had an attitude and rolled her eyes when we asked if someone was going to get some. The eggs were absolutely disgusting and the bacon was rubbery and tasteless. Lastly, when checking out we asked for a reciept, she too, had attitude and was disrespectful. When we asked for a reciept, she said "I can't print it. We email." When we tried to verify the email she had on file, she said "no". Just "no". No reason and would not give one when asled. We didn't provide one at check-in and booked through hotels so we knew she didn't have our email. We will never stay here again. I guess, if you stay Tuesday through Saturday it might be better but I doubt it....

Overall good stay.

My daughter and I enjoyed our stay here. However, on the weekends it tends to get a bit noisy. Don’t recommend for babies or kids that wake up easily. Needs some renovation work. Food was amazing and the lady in the breakfast area was amazing. Will definitely be back.

AC was not working properly. Facility needs updating

Sheets and mattress cover did not fit. Bed old and creaking, very soft mattress. Very dark room, Air conditioner very loud, Room was not made up even with 2 requests. Garbage not emptied we had to do it ourselves. Towels not replace Promises not kept. Shay the housekeeper on the floor was excellent saved the day and gave us supplies when mangement did not respond.

Good choice if u want to be downtown.

Me and my guy friend did an overnight stay here. Everyone was friendly and I liked how it was walking distance to all of the restaurants. We aren’t from Florida but this area was really nice it’s more of a college town. But we went out that Friday night and got a little tipsy and walked back to our room we didn’t have to drive anywhere nor get an Uber because nothing was far away. The only reason I gave it four stars was the rule of how we had to move our car at a certain time to avoid getting ticketed

Someone was playing loud music way into the morning hours in one of the top floors. I was on the second floor so it wasn't as loud as it could have been but enough to be a bother. Can't imagine what the people on the upper floors were going through. Otherwise, a good experience....
