Very nice hotel for the price. Have stayed at SHS hotels in other states & they all provide same quality of service.

The hotel is normally very nice, the guest above must have been a family of 6 plus judging by the amount of doors slamming and kids jumping from the beds, while I feel it is a parents job at midnight to quiet them and be respectful of others, I was forced to call the front desk after 45 minutes and their reply was they would call and ask to quiet them down. It still continued on and I did eventually fall back to sleep.

Hotel was clean, great location, good service, and there are postings for quiet hours from 10 pm - 6 am -- which, as a mom, I appreciate. My family were on the 2nd floor, and it was so loud in the lobby and fire pit area outside from at least midnight through 2 am, that I called the lobby at 1 am to let them know it was disruptive. Nothing was done. Thank good ess we checked outthe next day.

Safe area and pleasant. Only issue was the toilet was dirty. Staff is very nice.

Overall it served its purpose, room was fine as were the premises. Things that need improvements: kitchen (bar food), pool and breakfast. We ordered chicken fingers and fries, fries were burned yet not fully cooked, chicken was awful. Pool was small, cloudy, cold and dimly lit. Breakfast had ok coffee but it ends there.

Our door wasn’t locked when we arrived. We just pushed it open. Our bathroom wastebasket had trash in it. Our bathroom towel was used!!!! We didn’t take notice of the bathroom because we didn’t use it. We stayed there for a concert.

The pool was DISGUSTING! It was so cloudy you couldn’t see the bottom. Otherwise, clean facility all around.

Interesting rooms on 1st floor with very tall ceilings. Breakfast was busy yet spacious.

Perfect for a weekend family trip to Hershey!

The front desk person was very sweet and welcoming. The beds were bouncy, but very comfy! The space in our room was great!

The hotel was very clean. The room was very spacious & very clean. The staff were all very friendly and professional. I got a text that my room was ready around 10am(I hadn't even left home yet)! I liked the layout of the room a lot. I cant figure out why the property charges a $3 a day parking fee (added automatically to your bill). This is just an unnecessary money grab. Even so, i would definitely stay here again.

We traveled as a group of 5. Our room had 2 queen beds and a trundle. The trundle was basically on the floor. Not really reasonable for a group of 5

the staff was great ....easy to run back and forth to the farm show complex....i will stay here again next year and i already recommended you to several other people . now for what i did not like.....no shuttle service to the farm show complex

Property, room and staff were great. Rooms were clean and comfortable. One of the exterior doors did not lock, anyone from the outside could come in. That did not make me comfortable. I alerted hotel staff but the next night, it was the same thing. Others have complained about that here as well.

Everytime im in town I only stay here. Rooms are clean and spacious. Nice staff. Best bartender. We basically family now lol

My family of six (two adults, four kids) traveled to Hershey and stayed here for three reasons: ability to hold all of us in a single room, pool, and breakfast. We were pleased with two of three. The room was overall pretty nice. More "business" than "family," but I expected that. I appreciated the separate shower and toilet rooms, plus a closet—lots of private "rooms" for changing in the morning! I ended up sleeping on the couch and found it fine enough, though I wouldn't want to spend more than a couple of nights on it. The pool was a bit on the small side, but my kids enjoyed it. There were never towels on the shelf any of the three nights we stayed; I had to request from the front desk, and at one point was handed two towels and told, "This is all we have left!" (Ironically, the same thing was said when I asked for an extra blanket later that night.) One downside: The waterfall feature seemed blocked-up and didn't work right. Breakfast was abysmal. Assume you won't get anything filling to eat. The first morning we were told the truck was late. The second day saw bland eggs and sausage and a line a mile long for the waffle maker. The third day saw us getting drive-thru. Service was overall fine. Clean, modern, nothing seemed broken. Oh: My daughter and her friend loved shopping in the little "convenience store" area in the lobby—lots of things like candy, microwavable noodles, pop, and so forth. My wallet was less than impressed!

The staff was great, shower door leaked all over the floor-not the staffs fault and so much road noise, again not the fault of the staff.

The air conditioner in our room was not cold enough and the hallways was hot. Overall nice hotel and customer service was excellent.

Very small pool, outdoor fire pit wasn't working, bar closed at 10pm (Mike was awesome). Door handle to bathroom loose/broken, toilet paper holder loose, ice machine not working on second floor, entry to hotel on the side of the building not working, hallways had no A/C- extremely hot in the hallways. During breakfast they were all out of orange juice and they kept bringing eggs out in small batches so we had to wait for long.

Great location and rate…would have gave 5 stars all throughout but the side doors were open all 3 nights of our stay. Felt safe because of area but would of felt more comfortable if side doors would of been locked…ladies who did the morning breakfast were so nice and helpful

The hotel was nice overall. You could tell they have done some cosmetic upgrades but they should have done a little work work on something’s before covering with new wall paper. Our shower had extensive water damage to the ceiling and looks like they tried to paint over it. Multiple cracks and damage visible. The new LED mirror did not work which made it hard put in makeup or anything. They also charge 3.00$ a day for parking which I found ridiculous due to the fact that was not disclosed on check in and the fact that this hotel is far away from anything else that would require a fee to park . It is actually in an industrial park off the high way. But overall, it was a good stay.

Could hear the highway traffic, which made sleeping difficult. Also, could hear every step made by the person in the room above me. The room required maintenance for loose and broken items.

There are no water fountains available in the property Also in morning when I went with my 3 years old kids and 6 years old kids there was a long line for breakfast where we have to wait for around 25-30 mins and after waiting this long when it was our turn to get food there was nothing left and also staff closed the counter

Room was very clean. TV was clearly viewable from only one bed as it was for 2 queen sized beds. Door for shower had a slight tendency to open a crack allowing water to spill out onto the bathroom floor otherwise everything was fine.

I would say overall this was a good hotel for the price and the location. It had all of our needs but somewhat outdated. I liked the continental breakfast, they did a great job. Our room was nice but the set up is a little strange as the toilet room and shower room are totally separate from each other, there was also not many areas to hang wet towels or bathing suits. I did however like the couch that turned into a day bed because as a family of 5 it was extremely useful rather than your typical two beds.

We had a great stay. The suite was very nice. The only issue we encountered was the shower leaking onto the bathroom floor. We reported it to the front desk when we checked out.

The room has an animal odor and AC ia not great.

Very clean and spacious plus an above average breakfast. Highly recommended.
