The place was amazing specially if you have kids they will really enjoy.i came with my husband and we like the beache which no problem hotel has shuttle bus to take us.food:i considered 3 star class meat is not well cooked same menu all the time we spend 4 nights and hoping we can enjoy one of the meal but very disappointed desserts are typical 3 star hotel

I really love this hotel. It’s so beautiful in a very quiet area of Makadi Bay. My room was huge, and I had a lovely view of the pool. I asked for a quiet room and they gave that to me. I had a few issues but I spoke to Hager (customer relations) and the General Manager and all was resolved quickly and I stayed on two extra days. The food is varied and there is a lot of it. Try their specialised restaurants as they are a treat (you need to book). The hotel should stock decaf coffee but I think it’s difficult for them to get it in Egypt. I was all inclusive but as I don’t drink caffeine or alcohol was very limited by what I could have. Water was plentiful. The gardens are beautifully maintained and I loved watching the birds enjoy themselves in open spaces and trees. Security is amazing here! They always checked I was ok when I went out alone and made sure taxis had to give their info. I felt so safe. The animations team is the best I have ever seen. Sarah, Roji just delightful. A special shout out to Hager who was professional and really cared about the customer experience. In the restaurant Gaber who always made sure my smoothie was ready (3 dollars payable as not in all inclusive option). Taxis are expensive but if you ask for a local taxi number they will help you. I had one driver throughout my stay. Don’t use Uber once you boon it they message you to say the price is tenfold! Overall amazing stay. I have rebooked for December.

My husband and I absolutely loved it here. We spent a week here and it felt like paradise. The atmosphere was amazing, the staff were all friendly and everything was clean. The only thing we were disappointed about was the buffet. I would mostly just go for the food that was cooked in front of me on the grill, the remaining buffet options as well as the desserts were really a disappointment to us both. I hear that most- if not all - resorts lack in their buffet as well though.
We will definitely be back again. One week wasn’t enough.

I highly recommend this hotel. Everyone there is doing their best to provide the best service.
My daughter had an asthma attack on the beach. The lifeguard was so attentive and proactive, he got her an oxygen tank, called the golf cart and the Dr. on duty. Unfortunately, I can’t remember his name.
The front desk staff is amazing, especially Mr. Assem and Mr. Ashraf.
There are 2 things that they need to work on/improve. 1) The drinks; even thought food was great, drinks are awful, that it can be a dealbreaker.
2) To stop turning off the A/C in the lobby and the restaurant.

Our stay is unforgettable. The hotel is amazing. The front dest staff really stands out. Very fast early check in, they also are very professional. Special thanks to Mr. Assem, he followed up with us every day to make sure our stay is as pleasant as it could be. Ms. Nadine is amazing, she took our concerns and comments seriously and communicated them on the spot.
The only 2 drawbacks, it’s a management thing, the drinks are awful.
1)They get the worst quality drinks, no cocktails, even the syrups are so limited and tasted bad.
2) They turn off the A/C in the restaurant and the lobby while guests are still there. Which makes is SO hot. We were drowning in our sweat.
It’s also a very poor working condition for the staff especially in the restaurant which automatically reflects on how the whole service.

Our stay was enjoyable. One great thing about the hotel is that it’s not huge. Reasonable walking distance between rooms/pool/lobby/beach.

This hotel is way better than the pictures shared online. It’s clean and generally looks fantastic. The staff is helpful and go out of their way to make your stay comfortable. There are Spa and other service offerings on the property and those people working in this can be really pushy to an irritation trying to force and sell you their offerings. They come every 5 minutes with items and services on offer at the beach when all you’d like is to relax and rest. The food was above par although they’d repeat 80% of their offering. The reception staff is phenomenal.

I stayed at the hotel for the third time and would come again. Wounderful seaworld, beach and nice service. Abdullah, Ahmed at the lobby bar and Mahmoud at the restaurant provided us a warming stay there. We also got a nice upgrade for the room and had a nice view of the sea. Thank you and see you soon!

I had a wonderfull stay and nothing to complain about. I loved the big pool area. The beach was also very nice, with different activities to do. The food was good and varied. I had a very nice and clean room. The staff and sevice and all areas was amazing.

Everything was fantastic from the moment we check in until we checked out . Rooms are spacious , property has multiple restaurant options. Food was amazing. Staff was helpful and friendly. We definitely enjoyed our 9 days. The hotel is very quite and perfect for relation . We did go to the beach in the morning and spent time at the pool side in the afternoon . The place is very nicely manicured garden and you can smell and see bunch of nice jasmine trees and hibiscus

They have various entertainment nightly. The only issue I have they didn’t play any Arabic songs. When you are in Egypt you want to hear some local music.

Overall everything was good, the restaurant was nice, the rooms were perfect but, the air conditioner wasn't working well, the staff were respectable but they really don't smile at your face, the way we were treated by some of the staff was terrible, specially the ones at the gate.

All inclusive was amazing with great staff, great food (the ones cooked in front of you at least). The animation team can be a bit much, especially when you just want to relax on the beach (with the coral reef within metres). But the good thing about that is the animation team usually moves on to another place of the large resort after a small amount of time.

We loved the gardens, pool, access to the beach, the restaurants and bars, the onsuite bedroom with balcony and pool view, the staff (especially Abdul Hamid our amazing waiter who looked after us so well). Our room was upgraded on arrival which we really appreciated.
The communal toilets, even those on the beach, were some of the best we have ever come across. The all inclusive option was so generous. The local beer / GnT etc was very drinkable and the food (especially the freshky prepared Egyptian food) was excellant. Everything exceeded our expectations.
The only thing we could complain about was the price of the transport available within the hotel. Using the Indrive app to book taxis was so much cheaper.

The hotel is wonderful, the beach and swimming pools, the food is excellent quality and varied varieties, the staff is very helpful, especially Mr. Mahmoud Atta at the reception is a very professional and helpful person.
The only drawback is that the hotel is very far from any hiking or shopping places in Makadi or Hurghada

My recent stay was highly disappointing. The food quality was abysmal, with cheap and low-quality ingredients used, including processed cheese, low quality frozen meat, and chicken. Additionally, my room had a bug infestation, and to top it off, my wife fell ill on the last day of our trip because of the bad food. While the accommodation was decent, the staff was friendly and the ambiance pleasant, these issues overshadowed any positive aspects.
