Charming hotel, when I arrived, the lobby had luxury scent, nice room with good amenities and large smart tv, could watch movies online, breakfast is very delicious, even chocolate fountain was there with almonds, all vas memorable with full terrace

Standard hotel a bit out of the city center. Easy walk to the sights (or everywhere in Tbilisi). Noisy highway just outside of hotel, literally. You can listen to cars speed 24 hours. None of the pictures look like the room you are going to get, but it’s clean and comfortable enough. Nice people at the reception and breakfast.

Me and my two girlfriends loved this hotel. Stylish, vibrant (but safe) and with most amazing service in the city. Beka, Alexandre and the girls made our stay so great that other 5-star hotels could certainly learn from these young people. Thank you all!

My recent stay at the property was truly delightful, not only because of its impeccable cleanliness but also due to its superb location. Many of the main tourist spots were just a short walk away, which made exploring incredibly convenient.
What truly set this experience apart was the warmth and readiness of the staff. They were not only welcoming but also consistently went above and beyond to ensure our needs were met. A special mention must go to reception, the manager, whose efforts were standout. She assisted us in every possible way, never hesitating to help make our stay more enjoyable and hassle-free.
I highly recommend this property for anyone looking for a place where service and location really make a difference.

The River Side Hotel is a good hotel with a few issues. The location is excellent to access any part of Tbilisi either walking or by Taxi/Bolt.
We had three issues which lowered our opinion of this hotel: a) breakfast was very poor - the selection was very limited and most of it was not tasty. Though we have a reservation with breakfast, after the first day, we chose to skip breakfast and take it outside the hotel. b) we had 2 rooms - one was excellent, the 2nd was a bit creepy with it's colors and style c) room service was done very late - we came back at 17:00 on one day and the rooms were not done yet. They did quickly come up to make the rooms when we complained.
Overall, it's a fair value for the price paid, but we would have expected more for a 4* hotel with such high ratings on hotels.com (especially in regards to breakfast).

After my first stay at this hotel, I was amazed by the hospitality and friendliness of the hotel. That's why I ordered it next time! The team is great, polite! All requests are executed quickly! Bar and restaurant of excellent quality! The hotel is located in the heart of Tbilisi! Everything is within walking distance! I highly recommend it!

A pleasant enough stay. As a hotels.com gold member, I was upgraded to a larger room. The room could be best described as Soviet chic and had a bizarre constant smell of women's perfume, but fortunately the windows opened. Many of the rooms including mine faced onto a busy road, and could get noisy at times. The included breakfast was adequate, but not great. Avoid buying drinks or meals at the restaurant on the top of the hotel unless you are on an expense account as the costs are ridiculously high. The laundry was similarly you expensive. Otherwise, no complaints.

Hospitality was superb, smiling people and manager greeting guests in the morning, did have a quick chat with him about the hotel. He asked for suggestion about breakfast which was already very good. For the given price range it was much better than I thought, from walnuts and fresh waffles to lava cakes and great cup of coffee and hot omelets, Nice selection of salads as well, I really enjoyed tomatoes in Georgia and tiffany bar was not an exemption.

Having stayed in many decent hotels in Tbilisi riverside seems to be my favorite place. Room was luxurious with peaceful sleep and hot bath. Balcony was large and breakfast delicious with even champagne available.
