Nice and clean rooms. Front desk agents were very helpful. Proximity to local attractions is a plus.

Overall the stay was average. The views were incredible and the amenities were very nice. If you are easily woken up by noise, I would bring ear plugs. There is little to no sound buffer between the ceiling and the floor. We heard every move the people above us made. It was not enjoyable hearing them at 4am using the bathroom. We could hear them closing cabinets and dropping things on the ground. Our shower door was also broken when we first arrived, a little surprised that wasn’t fixed prior to new guest arrival. The mattresses need to be replaced, they were very lumpy. The staff were responsive to concerns brought towards them. We will likely try a new resort/hotel when we are in town again.

I really liked my room! However, I kept hearing mechanical noises throughout the night that sounded like a dryer (or drain like a washer.) Not sure of the source of the noise but it did disrupt my sleep.

Seamless check in, and clean, quiet room. Loved the balcony with a Mountain View. The only disappointment was no restaurant. We had to go find one. Kind of an inconvenience

So for our 2 nights there the Hot tub was out of service ,sauna out of service , WiFi never worked , cable worked intermittently, no bedding for sofa sleeper , had to check out 2 days early due to an emergency and they refused to give a refund or a credit voucher , def not an experience we would want again . The room was fine and the area beautiful , and the gondola was up and running so those were the pluses .

The hot tub was down, our tv didn’t connect to the internet for hours, and everything closed super early.

Unfortunately, the hot tub was closed 2 out of the three nights we stayed. The rooms are decent, but quite noisy if you have people above you. Good location with plenty of things to do on the mountain, and also in the area.

We had a wonderful stay and enjoyed all the amenities Eagle Ridge had to offer!

we loved our time at the resort and will definitely be back again. so many hiking trails, things to do, amazing foods everywhere, and THE VIEW!! We typically stay near water so mountain view was a first time but we loved, loved the view.

Parking was really tough here to park at a angle and it was tight. I wish they made the parking spots a little bit wider. It made that tricky. I had to park far away so I could get in a spot. I have a midsize SUV. The suite itself was super awesome. We loved everything about it. We love the fireplace. We love the kitchen. We loved that. They had soap and dishes and everything that we needed for our stay. We appreciated the complementary coffee and used it all up. The bathrooms for sparkling clean. Our toilet was loose in the room, as well as the bathroom door would not shut completely only concern and hoping they were able to repair those after we left, because we put in a work order request... We love the wild flowers all over the property and enjoy the small bouquet in our room. Just gorgeous. The mountain views were miraculous and Gods go to glory for sure. Unfortunately, it was very windy when we were out there and we were unable to ride the summit gondola or go on the alpine slides, which was a bummer because that is why we came up. We hope to come back again someday. We enjoyed several of the state parks in the area, including Temperance, Cascade, Gooseberry for waterfall hikes We also enjoyed the short short hike that's on the property to see the waterfalls at poplar river our last day there. However, I think it would be good for all the staff to be more informed about the hiking there and in the area, considering this is a hiking town

Liked that it was close to Alpine slide, gondola and great hiking. Never had to leave the area.

Beautiful views. Conveniently located near the gondola ride. Loved the outdoor hot tub. Limited options for dining. Would plan to bring our own food and cook in the condo if we stayed here again.

The view from the room was terrific. The bed was comfortable and the room was quiet.

A comfortable getaway overall. The room was clean and had a beautiful mountainside view. The pool was good, but very crowded with families - which is good news because it’s getting happily used! The sauna was nice and was looking forward to using again, but it was out of service our second day. One thing that was irritating that made the stay not as peaceful was multiple people (below and above us) going out on their patios or directly outside their door and smoking cigarettes versus kindly going to a designated smoke spot. If you’re going up here in the slower summer month, plan to bring food to make at the resort/hotel! The one restaurant (Moguls) was decent, but expensive and VERY busy both nights we went. Overall a good stay.

The room itself was very clean. Looked like it had be renovated recently. We had a one bedroom. Bed was comfortable. Glad we brought our own pillows. We had a full kitchen. Be sure to bring your own food and drinking water. No restaurants close by. We rented E bikes and road the Gitchie Gami Trail. This was definitely a highlight of our trip. Otherwise not much to do after riding the gondola and mountain slide.

Stayed in a one bedroom condo, very clean and comfortable. Nice staff. Very quiet.

The room was spacious and clean, but the tv didn't hardly work. They didn't have graham crackers so we couldn't do s'mores like we had planned. My fault I bought alpine slide passes in advance because their website encouraged it, but then it rained and they were canceled and non-refundable. No nearby breakfast options.
