Upon our arrival the Young man at desk Wednesday night was very outgoing and friendly. A great checkin experience. Our first morning there for breakfast was very good, service wise (Thursday, Dec 28) She was exceptional!! 5 star+ Friday and Saturday breakfast service was lacking-this lady did not keep food out for people and wasn’t friendly. We would give her a 1 star. Your food selection was only ok. Regular yogurt selection needs to be better. We did like the chocolate milk. Pool Towels needed to be restocked. Our bed needs replaced-I was told this was being done in January 2024. Bed coverlet and comforter were well worn. We had a suite and kitchen was well stocked. Bathroom needs some repair where water has leaked out and damaged wall. Shower curtain was dirty. Overall staff we interacted with were A+

The king size bed was the worst bed I have Ever slept in … in a hotel.. the left side was completely crushed to the bottom of the bed . You can’t see it until you sit on it .

It was a overnight trip from Springfield Missouri to Oklahoma. We checked in and the room was what we usually choose when traveling. However last night I fell in shower due to no non slip mat or surface in the tub. I am very sore this morning. Pool was closed at this property. Never disclosed.

The place is nice, good location. AC unit is ok , it's not hot out yet but will be .and it a low producing unit. However the big thing was a 75 dollar pet fee for my stay!! It wasn't on the hotel information and wasn't explained to me until after I paid for my room!! That is a big no no for me!! After my stay I WILL NEVER stay at any of these hotels!! I work for the federal government and I will make sure people are aware of this policy

Toilet seat was loose, no one at desk to tell.. multiple passes only the young man that checked me in.. and the kitchen help who could not fix my billing issue

Christine at the front desk was great. Very nice property. Only issue was I had trouble with the ac at night, but probably was an operator error.

The staff was very friendly. The room & property were clean & in good shape. Plenty of restaurants near by.

It was not the greatest. My stay was for 3 days in Tulsa. The housekeeping service was horrible. I received partial service the first day and no service next couple of days. The trash in the room began to pile up. First terrible stay at Marriott ever as a rewards member for years.

We had stayed in a TownePlace Suites before. Very nice. Was quiet even though there were many baseball teams there that night. Staff was very helpful

Excellent staff, clean, well maintained.

PLENTY of room... Kitchen well stocked, staff worked well and efficiently getting breakfast out despite they were understaffed due to illness and had a large crowd with a youth soccer tournament in town... the staff also handled rude guests without being asked... I will be in Tulsa again in about 6 months; no doubt where I will be staying!

The one bedroom suite that we had was nice and roomy. We have no complaints about the room itself. Our issues are with the service. We were in town for a family reunion, and my siblings stayed in 4 other hotels. They all had the pools open, and their free breakfast was an actual HOT breakfast. We paid the most and we had the least amenities available to us. Our pool was closed, the buffet breakfast did not offer hot items - only cold cereal and stale muffins, and we had no housekeeping services. This means that trash was not picked up, fresh towels were not delivered, and sheets were not changed. We could call and ask for them, but the 2 times we called the desk to ask for towels no one answered. They knew we were checking in with a family of 3 for 4 nights, and were given 2 wash rags. TWO. Ridiculous. People were leaving overflowing bags of trash in the hallways since it wasn't being picked up from the room. All of the signs posted regarding limited services blamed COVID for the revised procedures, but when the other hotels in the same area are doing more for their guests, it makes TownePlace Suites just seem lazy. Do yourself a favor - pay LESS and stay elsewhere - you will have more available to you. My family, siblings and I experienced this first-hand this past weekend. There are multiple hotels next door, down the street, & across the expressway that DO have hot breakfast, pools open, and plenty of towels. At some point they need to quit blaming COVID for poor service.
