Staff was extremely accommodating and courteous. The rides to the casino on a cold night were very appreciated and the breakfast buffet was amazing!

Had an issue with the bed on the first night. One of the managers ‘Afrika” promptly sorted it out. Great service. Keep it up.

Was given a smoking room despite me being a non smoker. The room was changed after much negotiation. The new room had a terribly uncomfortable bed which sinks towards the middle. Room was stuffy and felt like it lacked clean air.

Rooms are a bit old and dirty. Aircon didn’t work well. Beds are comfortable and the shower great. Carpets in the corridors are dirty and old. The staff are excellent but the hotel could do with a revamp.

This hotel is lovely, staff are helpful and the rooms are nice. It has Charlotte Rhys toiletries which I love. The rooms are large and clean. My room had a balcony over the front of the building. We had dinner at the nearby casino restaurants which we were dropped off at by the complementary golf buggy transport, welcome because it was raining. Nice area too.

Right next to montecasino so very convenient. Service was really good. Check in was smooth. Room was clean with nice bathrooms. My only gripe is the room has a double bed instead of a queen size. Other than that, very happy!

The Pivot Hotel at Montecasino is truly an amazing experience. Everything is top-notch, from the rooms to the dining (breakfast is absolutely exceptional). Staff is friendly and goes above and beyond to serve.

Not a terrible experience but definitely things that can be improved. Would not choose to stay there again as I think there are perhaps better options in the same price range around Monte.

I loved everything about the hotel.
The staff were kind and generous as people,always happy and ready to help.The shuttle service was amazing ,excellent drivers and always available and charming .
Can’t fault anything.Biggest disappointment was having to leave ,can’t wait to visit Pivot again.Special wishes to all the wonderful staff.

From the airport the kindness of the the driver and the hotel staff and restaurant staff. Can't ask for better the humbleness kind and respectful.

I loved that the staff made you feel welcomed. I actually traveled alone at 73 years old and staff made me feel secure and they worked well together

The only disappointment was that I had made the booking in April 22 for a single queen bed & was assured of it's availability but on check in was only provided with a double bed - very dissapointing.

Lovely hotel on a fabulous complex. Everywhere was spotless but the room was a little tired in places and the shower leaked into the toilet. Breakfast service was slow but they were incredibly busy. This is a large hotel with a wonderful outside patio area

The hotel and room were very nice, clean and well kept. It would be a bit small for two people though. I felt very safe and well cared for. Convenient to the shopping and dining - I didn't dine in the hotel itself.

The hotel is well located in a quiet environment. It's conveniently located to get to Sandton and Fourways. The staff are all well disciplined and very helpful and polite. The room I had was very comfortable. The hotel is well located in the Monte Casino complex so there is access to many restaurants. An enjoyable stay overall.

The service was brilliant from front desk to concierge. Really enjoyed the spatchcock chicken. Rooms were cleaned daily & towels changed.

We stayed for the night in order to enjoy the facilities and close proximity to Montecasino so we could enjoy the outdoor seating area. The hotel is is still as good as it was. However they still have a limited dinner menu and the breakfast buffet was quite poor in comparison to how breakfast buffet was prior to COVID. Hopefully they can turn it around and I’ll only visit once again once they sort out the breakfast buffet and introduce the extended dinner menu. Tsogo Sun’s competitors have returned to normalcy but they have not.
