A good option for a night or two in a rather peaceful but not too distant location. Friendly service, all basic needs well in order.

This cheap and cheerful hotel was terrific value for money. When i tried to check in early they were able to allow me to do this since room was ready; Very convenient after a long journey! I had a lovely bright room overlooking the garden/ courtyard out the back. It was v. quiet( admittedly rooms overlooking road may have some more noise but not sure). Everything worked in en - suite bathroom good shower, tea and coffee making facilities. Lots of breakfast buffet choices including hot items in attractive small kitchen area downstairs with restaurant. And v friendly staff!. Area close to historic delfshaven port and Euromast. Coolhaven metro stop close by. will definitely stay again!

The staff was very nice, the room is quite small, the shower is great, it's not close to the busiest places but it's easily accessible by the subway which is two blocks away.

We were greeted very kindly. In addition, there were coffee and tea services in the room that was not available in other hotels. These were very impressive and beautiful. They also have a system that allows you to order food from various kitchens. Thus, you can easily order anything you want from different flavours in your room. I think I would recommend this hotel to everyone, besides, you can take a walk in Coolhaven, accompanied by a beautiful canal view.

I was here for a long-term stay, and the staff was incredibly welcoming. The room was not very big, but it was what I paid for and was additionally very clean, well-maintained, and felt relatively new. The major drawback was the internet reliability which was very poor, but if you are not planning to use it much then it's fine. Despite the bad internet, everything else was perfect for what I needed, and the staff exceeded expectations, making for a pleasant stay.

Central to Tram, subway and activities around Rotterdam. A short 30min from Hoek of Holland ferry.

Even if I pus in door message Do not disturb, the cleaning women entered in my room. Very small room and you can hear ugly noises on the floors when walk in the room. Hotel has no parking only public parking in front of hotel. From Saturday 18:00 until Monday 8:00 parking is Free. They have video cameras on hotels halls. Walls and door are not soundproof and you hear all noises on the hall and voices from other rooms. Breakfast is poor. Personal from reception is kindly

clean room, friendly staff. Walls are thin, its very easy to hear the neighbors, even low talking. This is not good if your neighbors like to stay up and talk until 3 am.

Overall a decent hotel, but a few issues that spoiled the stay. The soundproofing was very poor with everything in the hall clearly audible, not ideal when the cleaning trolley was parked outside my door meaning I was woken up early when this arrived and then unable to get back to sleep due to the constant talking. Bags of linen were also left both on the steep and narrow stairs and at the top/bottom, meaning it was tricky to get around. The receptionists were incredibly helpful and proactive at offering advice.

Well appointed Comfortable clean room. Good small garden area. Wifi strong and stable. Tram and metro nearby. Only negative for me was a slightly delayed checkin.

Stayed for 4 nights while visiting family and exploring the city of Rotterdam. Very pleasant, although maybe a bit more information upon checkin would be good. There was a coffee machine in reception area but we were not advised if we could use it or if we had to pay (there was prices on it but the room booking did say complimentary coffee etc in reception so it was a bit confusing). We didn't book for breakfast but again it would have been nice to perhaps be offered the option upon checking in. The tea/coffee facility in the room was limited. It seemed to be replenished randomly every day. One day the tea bags were replaced with fruity tea bags, but no sugar, Then no milk was left, so it was quite inconsistent. The room was much smaller than we thought it would be, no separate living area which was stated online and the pillows were soft square things, I ended up with a sore neck at the end of the trip. Would stay at the hotel again but buy my own te etc and bring my own pillow. It was quiet both inside and outside the hotel and felt very safe!

The single room was pretty small, but pristine clean and very comfortable bed. I even had a little balcony. The staff were friendly - especially the guy at check-in. Only little snag was when I arrived home after my event- very late to be fair, the front door was locked and there were no-one in reception. Luckily someone came within a couple of minutes, but I were a little bit panicked for a moment.

I had an excellent stay at this hotel. Very good location in a quiet area and very close to the metro station. The room was clean and as in the picture The manager and the staff were wonderful. I surely will stay again there.
