Fabulous location and friendly, helpful owners and staff. Easy walk from the train station. Lovely breakfast each morning, and a bar set up in the courtyard. The whole place is full of an interesting collection of antiques and art. We loved it!

Very well situated, cozy B&B in the heart of Ravenna. Wifi was high quality, breakfast was very delicious with wide variety of pastry and room was spacious and well-heated. Highly recommended!

We expected a code of entry prior to arrival this didn’t happen but we called the number on the property door and a very helpful young lady came almost immediately to let us into the apartment and give us lots of information. Breakfast served in the garden was delightful.

This is a very funky property and the location is amazing. The staff are so friendly and helpful. It has loads of charm but it is not a traditional type of place so if you want shiny and new this one isn’t for you but if you want quirky and fun you’ve found it!

Thanks a lot to Federico for helping us. We had to leave at 5am, no taxi available yet, so Federico came and brought us to the train station and even brought our luggage and wait with us till our train almost arrived. There was a homeless person in the station throwing things so we were doubly thankful Federico stayed with us.
The Bed and Breakfast's washroom is modern and the room is spacious, with very high ceiling.
My aunt loved it on sight and immediately asked her daughter to take her pictures with the surrounding.
I would surely come back to stay.

We like the owners and staff, specifically Federico. There's no elevator, so carried all our suitcases. There's no taxi at 5am to catch our train so he woke up early , brought our luggage down and up in the train flatform, and didn't even accept tip!

My booked room is by the street, so it was very noisy in the evening whenever cars were passing by. I could not fall asleep. Staff was very nice and friendly.

This building is a historic 17th century home updated with modern conveniences. The staff is very helpful. There is a romantic courtyard for drinks and light eats. Interesting fact is the last owner was a partner of Picasso. I would not recommend for people with mobility issues due to the stairs.

Silvia, JonLuca and staff were amazing. Everything was perfect. Bed was comfortable and room was clean. I felt right at home. Breakfast is Continental style with a nice variety of items. The cappuccino was the best. I loved their oversized cups ! I will definitely come back.

It was a lovely room in a lovely building and we would gladly stay there again. I'm personally not a fan of memory foam mattresses, nor mattresses that are low to the ground, but that's a very minor issue. We recommend this facility.

We stayed here prior to our cruise departure, it was an excellent family run property with people who genuinely care about the experience.
They provided complimentary drinks (including wine) and even offered a shuttle service to the cruise port.
The property was clean and tidy with a very unique interior.
The best compliment I can give is that we will be back and will recommended tomour friends and family.

What a lovely property! The location is perfect, in a quiet street only 2minutes’ walk from the main square and restaurants etc. The house is beautiful, grand, and wonderfully decorated with lots of art and antiques. Comfy bed, huge bathroom, lovely host and excellent breakfast in the picturesque green courtyard garden. There’s also lots of communal space - sitting rooms and dining room and upstairs terrace. A perfect place to stay in Ravenna!

This is such a great place to stay. So close to all shopping, restaurants, and city highlights. The owners are wonderful. They helped me with lost luggage issues, and were there for me, as a guest, when I needed help. I thank them so much! I highly recommend this B&B.

This was a phenomenal experience. The hotel was very quaint and quiet and we were close to all the main attractions in Ravenna. My family and I wanted somewhere close to the train station and it was a very doable walk. In addition, they were able to give us a ride to the port to catch our afternoon cruise. All around a great experience.

What a fantastic find, within easy walking distance to everything you want to see. Clean, excellent amenities, wonderful hospitality. Have a complimentary glass on wine on the patio after a fun day of sightseeing! Enjoy!

This property is beautiful and well kept. The staff was extremely helpful and very kind. This is a beautiful town with much history and everyone in this town was extremely friendly. I would come back and visit this town and stay in this B&B again. Our family was pleasantly surprised. We had a cruise booked from this town. Would have liked to stayed here even longer because it was one of our favorite locations from our 19 day trip. Thank You!

Everything about this B&B was perfect. The host of this charming B&B were extremely attentive, pleasant and friendly. The room was so clean and immaculate. Breakfast is served in a beautiful tranquil courtyard. Every morning there was an assortment of fresh pastries and fruit. I can’t say enough nice things about this place. Loved staying in this quaint adorable B& B! Owner and staff are very nice and helpful. Loved all the decor. Breakfast was amazing and delicious. In a great location, walked to shops, restaurants, museums, etc. I would definitely stay here again if we ever come back to Ravenna.

Owners are so nice and arranged transportation to cruise port for us. Breakfast is amazing. A bit hard to find the 1st time but otherwise great location to food, gelato and attractions.

The staff at A Casa de Paolo Suite B&B made our stay there. The building looks quite historic and is full of charm. The staff worked hard to make sure our stay was perfect. They offered so many perks to our stay. We felt like honored guests; a very unique and special feel after touring Europe.
I recommend this hotel if you seek something unique, quaint, and memorably special!

Fraddo and Anna were both marvelous! Very accommodating and helpful. This is a beautiful B&B with gorgeous antiques along with modern furnishings. Art is everywhere! It is a bit quirky with many stairs, but Fraddo assisted with our luggage. His brother runs a taxi and was able to transport us to the port for our cruise. Would highly recommend this B&B for others and will stay here again in the future.

From the moment we walked in to A Casa Di Paola we were submerged in the most beautiful and incredible Italian architecture and furnishings. The family feeling was felt throughout, safe and welcoming. A stunning location in central Ravenna with restaurants and cafes in walking distance and the buzz of local life. Would very much recommend this as a stay 😀

The only problem was that it was a 3 floor walk up. We’re in our 70’s and had 2 heavy suitcases. No one was available to help us. Each time we went out we had to walk up those stairs…. It should have said that in the ad.

This place is the best!! They even drove us to the cruise port at a normal fee, when we could get other arrangements.

Great location within walking distance to many UNESCO sites. Beautiful home with with lots of art, a wonderful breakfast area and terrace. It’s clean and comfortable. Staff is very welcoming, friendly and helpful. The breakfast had many excellent breads, cakes and muffins which are made on site, as well an assortment of meats, cheeses, fruit and yogurt.
Our only regret is we didn’t stay longer.

Federicko & Anna were wonderful hosts, friendly and very accomidating. The Bed & Breakfast was beautiful and the antiques gave character to the hotel. We enjoyed Federicko's homemade cakes for breakfast as well as the other offerings. Their recommendations for dinner were spot-on; very delicious. The hotel is in an excellent location as we were able to sight-see within walking distance and were able to walk to and from the train station. I highly recommend this Bed & Breakfast and will stay again when in the area.
