Excellent location, great personnel and the rooms are very clean.

What an amazing hotel in the heart of the city. Very easy walk to all the attractions like Royal Palace, Pedro Museum, etc. The bed was so comfortable didn’t even want to get up. It was so clean beyond clean. All the toiletries were provided. This hotel put other big names hotel to shame.

great location. room was on the first floor and very dark. stayed there one night so not much to say.

Stayed here for two nights in June. We arrived late and were initially given room 001, they were fully booked so I assume this is the last room they use! It's next to the bar. To be fair we didn't hear noise from the bar but after getting into bed a very loud noise started, I guess either broken aircon or someone having a shower in the room above. It was constant for 10 mins so we got dressed and packed our bags and asked to move. The manager was able to juggle some bookings and move us (to a suite, too) which was much appreciated as we were desperate for some sleep. Apart from that, I left my fitness watch in the room and they were kind enough to tell me and give it to me when we collected our bags. I have left valuables in other hotel rooms before which mysteriously disappeared so it was great that they returned it. The only negative was a lukewarm shower on one of the days.

Clean and very walkable to places of interest. Staff helpful.

My keycard would constantly malfunction, I had to go down to reception for a new keycard on multiple occasions. Also the water in the Jacuzzi is cold, and Hotel would not increase the temperature.

Excellent stay! The front desk lady, Veronica, was really sweet and nice. She accommodated us even giving us an early check in, this was a huge benefit as we were so tired and we there at around 8am, way before our check in time. I would highly recommend this hotel!

We were supposed to chevk in at 3 pm. We arrived at 250 and room waSsnot available, however they made an exception and gave us a room

This was our first visit to Madrid. Absolutely loved the city! Enzo and Juan were so nice and pleasant. The little outdoor patio is a gem.

There are a lot to like about this hotel. The location is perfect and within walking distance to all the places that we wanted to visit. The staff is friendly and helpful. The room is clean and up to date. There are many stores and restaurants around the hotel. The train station is nearby.

Wonderful location, clean and bright room, lovely staff. Close to everything we wanted to see (could visit all sites on foot). Good value. We really liked the Catalonia Plaza Mayor and would stay there again for sure on another visit to Madrid.

Really nice hotel for our visit to Madrid - my first time! The location was great - an easy walking distance to Plaza Mayor and lots of nearby restaurants, bars and shops. The hotel was clean, friendly and comfortable, with a nice street view from the balcony window - and the breakfast was really good too..!

Great Hotel... Great Staff.

This hotel fit the bill: modern, clean and really spacious. It had all the amenities needed. The location, compared to Plaza Mayor and other major attractions was perfect. Although not the fault of the hotel, the city's subway line nearby was unavailable due to maintenance (summer 2023). Walking from Atocha train station or surrounding subway stations on other lines, may be uphill. Would stay here again!

This hotel is in a great position to be able to walk to the main shopping areas as well as some of the main attractions of Madrid. It also has many well priced restaurants and bars situated within 5 minutes walking.
