Very well located. Modern facilities with stylish decor. Comfortable beds. Quick and easy communication with the owner. Clean and well equipped.

Very nice appartment with 2 large bedrooms and a smaller bedroom. A well equiped kitchen and 2 showerrooms. Everything was very clean!

The first floor apartment was beautiful, in a central part of Madrid; it was spotless, stylish and provided lots of space for our family with two large double bedrooms, a bedroom with two single beds and two bathrooms (one en suite). It was extremely well equipped, providing everything you could need. The owner met us in person and shared some wonderful recommendations around the area along with a map, so we could find our way around easily. We were walking distance from markets, beautiful restaurants and key city sights/monuments. Didn't want to leave!

I couldn't fault a single thing - amazing apartment!

The apartment was clean, well designed and was one of the best equipped we have ever stayed in. Location was excellent for bars and tourist attractions. The information prior to and during stay was excellent; communication during our stay was quick and helpful. A great stay.

We have shared the few things that would make it a perfect stay with the owner. They are happy to receive constructive feedback. The small things will make the next visitor's stay even better than ours.

The location was perfect and only a 5 minute walk from the Tirso de Molina Metro station. There are two grocery stores Lidl and Carrefour and numerous eateries right by the station. Carrefour is open 24 hours. The apartment is in an old building but the apartment has been totally renovated and beautiful. Bathrooms are incredible.

The location was great, close to most important sites in Madrid, around the corner from subway station and on a quiet street. The matresses were really good quality and firm; I wish I could such firm matresses in USA. The apartment has two full baths, full kitchen and three rooms that can sleep 2 per room. It is on the second floor of the building.

It only has a clothes washer and no dryer for those who are staying longer and dont want to carry so much clothing. Despite having been in contact with the apartment staff for days prior to our arrival and during every step until we got into the taxi that took is from the airport to the apartmemt, the staff still couldn’t coordinate and meet us at the apartment at the correct time and had us wait out in the cold (it was December) for 15-20min. with my kids; there is really no where to go for cover from the elements within a few feet. The pillows were not that great, to high. Water pressure low.

I felt the Apartment was very well kitted out. There was milk butter tea and milk available to us.We appreciated this after our travel.

Maybe too many keys on the bunch a bit confusing.
