Horrible property, but if there was anything good was the front desk lady! She was excellent.

The staff was amazing.

Hotel is quiet, clean and friendly staff. The beds are firm, no restaurant, free parking, and walking distance to shops and beach. The hotel room occurred damage from most recent typhoon, but overall decent. My favorite part is sitting on the balcony to watch the sunrise or sunset or take in the view of Tumon Bay.

Need renovation,get red stains out of sheets, better mattresses, amenities in room, mold in the fountain area, broken toliets, shower doesnt get warm, balcony door broken etc

Filthy I would never waste money booking here. I paid this month for nothing leaving this dumb after 30mins coz my family would get sick spending the night here

We checked in but when we saw the condition of the room, we checked out. The front desk and housekeeping staff were however very cordial and accommodating

The cable is not working for the television. Staff claimed the tv is smart, no it is not smart. They need to inspect the room, I told the staff I found a large knife handle broken off inside a shelf. The sink did not drain well. Positive side; Bed is comfortable, decent internet, air con works, quiet, hot water

Guam Gov would not allow me to stay there, due to change in Covid 19 quarantine restrictions. Hotel called me a "no show" and kept my money, I had to pay for accommodations at a Gov approved facility.. I'm not happy, nor would anyone be.

The location is okay but the hotel needs serious upgrade. I did not want to lay on the bed sheets and the mattress was horrible. Was not worth the money I spent.

Most of the others are big, full-service, modern resorts, and this is a simple older hotel which is what I was looking for.Biggest things for me are clean and comfortable bed. There were minor signs of mold in the shower (nothing serious) but otherwise was clean. Was a comfortable bed (most hotels have hard beds which I do not like). It is a bit older, and maintenance could be better. I made two minor maintenance adjustments in my first hour there. 1) flush level nut had fallen off in the toilet tank and 2) one of the front feet on the fridge was 1/2 short, making it rock every time I opened the door. These were simple fixes I did not mind making, but indicate a lack of facility maintenance.Overall, I would stay here again because of the location and cheap price!

Parking is great...staff are friendly and nice....

On checking in I had to convince them that I had a reservation made online. Couln't go barefoot in the room as it had this sticky and slimy feeling under your feet. There's a pot to heat water but no coffee, sugar, and cream. Maid only picked up trash but did not clean room.

This was by far the least expensive place to stay that I could find. So of course its older and not fancy. You pay more for that. The view is nice, though back from the ocean a block, but up on the hill so you have a good view of the hotels and ocean. The room has a small fridge and a blow dryer, which is nice. The Internet is fine for texting, emails, web surfing, and downloading movies , but not for calling someone on Skype or Line. A great low cost option if you are on a budget.

it was filthy. Remedies were not provided. we left because of the unresolved issues. terrible service, filthy rooms, unsafe.

The service was okay, it wasn’t that clean, the ac was pretty bad, and one bed was broken, and the other felt like a laying on a rock. It’s not on my list of hotels to stay at again.
