1. For got welcome letter with QR code for room service
2. When the QR code is used, you land on a page where room service menu is nearly impossible to find. It’s at least 4 clicks while it should be 1 click
3. The work chair is the most un-ergonomic chair ever made by man. It’s designed to damage your back.
4. The bathroom fitting were leaky and flooded the place with water.
5. One person who came from room service tightened the fitting and said he would send someone to mop up the water. This person never arrived. After waiting for 12 hours, and calling repeatedly for some help, someone finally cleaned it up the next day
6. The storage space doors are designed to confuse you. Either the left or right door will open, but both look alike, so you have to guess each time. Stupidest design ever.
7. When I asked to speak to the manager of the hotel, they said he is busy and that he will call back, but he never did.
8. I am sorry I can’t remember the 20 other things that were wrong. This is just a sample.
9. I will never stay here again.
10. I will make every effort possible to save as many people as possible from the torture of a stay at this place.

Horrible and inconsistent service despite of being a high end hotel.
1) no one picks phone when i tried to call concierge several times. Finally i had to walk down and tell them each time
2) i tried to extend my stay and the staff (Naveen) had no clue to help me with it
3) i tried to use the premier lounge and sadly they could not verify if im a premier member . The staff is lousy and not helpful at all

We were driving through Bangalore and had chosen this place to spend the night. We were checked in at about 2am. The front office was efficient and courteous. We had requested for an extra bed, which was not provided. But, given the time of the day, we decided to manage with the couch in the room for our son. The sticker in the room said it was sanitized. We were given a late check out as well. Breakfast was nice! The Outer Ring Road is in bad shape due to the metro construction. Else, the stay was comfortable

Loved a dish at the restaurant Square. Chef Pintu and Chef Valli were very kind to share their recipe and even explained in detail how to cook.The staff is super friendly and helpful. Only downside was the rooms had some dust, albeit I was in a smoking room

Overall OK Stay. Good Location. Ample Parking Space. Check-Inn was a Little Slow. The In Room Dining Food was not up to Expectations. the Taste was pretty Bad. (Biriyani) the Liquor supply to Room was Messed up by the Room Service and i Ended up Buying More than Required. IRD needs serious Improvements.

I have nothing bad to say here . Overall , it was okay . Considering the price I paid , I felt the neighborhood hotels in the area , had a lot more to offer and about 60% cheaper . However Staff were courteous , food was great and in summary nothing really negative here . The high price is not justified again Competing the competing hotels in the same area

TechPark across the road infront of the hotel is very clearn. So I'm expebating hotel side will be developed more in a few years after!

I had fairly comfortable stay at Novotel, Staff were extremely friendly & courteous!:)! Quite verity of breakfast was served, however staff were stumbling in managing the no. of guests especially during the peak times.Fairly good location, closer to Tech park area.

Experience was just ok, one of the negative point is - you can`t charge your food bills to hotel bills, need to settle on the spot , not experienced this in other star hotels. Overall found it to be OK ,

Obviously not the most upscale neighborhood, but the hotel is very nice for business travel to tech park across the freeway.

The hotel is nice, the staff is very nice too and if you are working at the intel campus or very close and you are in Bangalore for a couple of day only, it's a great place. Although i stayed there for 18 days and i regretted it, it is very outside of the city and there is nothing around... so i ended up paying a ridiculous amount of taxi and food cost me triple of what it should. Since the're nothing around, they take advantage and everything in the hotel cost 3 time what it should. On top of it i got my headphone stolen in my bedroom because i left them on the desk and they didn't do anything about it except telling me they investigate and did not find (duh..). Bottom line it is not a bad place, it's good if you are here on business for few days and you don't want to see anything from Bangalore and just stay in a very European type of place.

Hotel is new and clean, with friendly and helpful staff. I especially like the funiture design in the lobby and lounge, simple but comfortable. Breakfast is good too, with a wide range of variety. I enjoyed my stay very much.

The hotels wonderful and superb, the staff are nice, friendly and courteous. I fear one thing: as the hotel is new, everything started out very well, they should maintain the culture, spirit and integrity of the operations and the delivery.
