At first glance you think its going to be a bit sketchy but i had the best sleep. The mattresssm is fabulous, very quiet. No extras but clean, and the owner asked me twice if i needed anything. For the money its great.

Located in Kingston, and visiting Labor Day weekend I was worried about the noise, or traffic. Neither was a problem. The hotel is laid out well, and no outside noise made it into our room. The were vary nice and far away from traffic. We totality plan to use this hotel again.

Manager was quick to offer eating establishments in the area. When I came back without cutlery, he provided some, plus offered a plate.

We had wonderful experience here. The beds are ultra super soft and comfortable. The beds and room is exceptionally clean. The manager/owner is super friendly and easy to deal with. It was overall a 5 star experience.

The double queen room we reserved online was booked in person at the same time while we booked on line so they offered us a King room upon our arrival which was fine.
The room looked like it had not been used in awhile, there were cobwebs, dust, and humidity in the room. The bathroom was nasty, dirty sink, toilette and floors.
The service was very good and the night clerk personally came to clean the bathroom for us at 1am in the morning.
The room could use an in-depth cleaning a some new curtains and linens.

Pool not operational. Weeds inside of pool not been used for many years. Friendly staff, The room, especially the bath room not very clean. Overall an ok 1 night stay motel.

I found the receptionist unavailable on the spot . I have to call him every time . Although he is very good manner but seems like this hotel is used for other purposes too , not sure like those who are in need of transitional stay. Any way it’s quiet but the room should be more nicer like bed covers, sheets , towels etc . They don’t offer any breakfast .

I rented a hotel room for someone who had a terrible experience at this hotel. The police were there most of the night dealing with unruly people who were arguing and fighting in the parking lot. The room was not very clean

There is no ice machine, on checking pillows had to ask for clean ones, fridge was not plugged in because microwave was sitting on bathroom vanity counter, should have had a separate outlet , light bulb out in bathroom, had to ask how to turn on TV NO instructions. The man who checked us in had to take care of these complaints himself. Over all requires greater up keep.

Overall was pleased with the stay. Would have been a full 5 stars but woke up with bad allergies as though someone had an animal in the bed previously to my stay...cant win them all! Brand new flooring makes it feel homely, was cold outside but eleftric heat worked great!

Second stay. First stay was great. This stay I realized how thin the walls are. Couple next door woke me up around 1 am. Talking, flushing toilets, outside smoking, opening closing doors, more talking. 5 am I gave up trying to sleep and left.

One issue was when we went in the room. There was no heat on the tops were shut off in the bathroom. The fridge was unplugged. It wasn't cold.
And the messes outside of some of the rooms definitely look like it was a spot where people lived in the rooms

There were mice or rats or something inside the walls that moved around and or chewed on things all night. It made it really hard to sleep. Rest of it was fine.

I picked the hotel because it was relatively inexpensive, at least compared to the hotels in downtown Kingston, so was pleasantly surprised to find our room had a kitchenette and that the service was great! The bed was very comfortable, but I thought the towels were a little rough. Being located next to a grocery store that sold beer was also a plus.
