Couldn't have been more handy for the station, just over the road. Lovely courtyard entrance. A freshen up of the corridors would make it feel more welcoming. Room was comfy, nice bathroom. Unfortunately there was a lot of disturbance from one of the rooms into the early hours but once staff were alerted, it was swiftly sorted out. Because of this, we had virtually no sleep and left exhausted the next day, which was a real shame.

Hotel was in a grimy part of the city near a train station. It was easy to find and looked ok from outside. We had to enter through an enclosed courtyard with people were smoking marajuana. On entering the hotel the friendly receptionist was helpful and efficient. The reception and bar area felt basic, dated and corporate. The room was ok but dated. Clean and large but cold and the heating didn’t warm things up. The TV kept turning itself off. While there were plenty of power sockets it lacked any USB or non-European style. The beds were comfortable but pillows very soft. We had a great sleep. It was quiet. The bathroom has a lovely large hot shower.

Service was amazing! Property was super convenient to the train station. Had no heat in our first room, staff was above and beyond to move us.
The carpet DESPERATELY needs to be replaced or at least cleaned, it’s disgusting in the hallways.
Otherwise, this property is really nice.
It’s the staff that makes this property so great.

Got a random call to room phone at 1 am that woke me up. Had an early train and couldn't go back to sleep. I paid for a good night's sleep and did not get it. Noone in the reception to speak to in the morning.

The staff is very nice, the room is big, but the shower holder was broken and chrome cast did not work. The pillows need replacement. The ac could be colder.

The A/C was not working in many rooms around the hotel. They changed us 3 times from one room to another, but all the rooms had the same problem, and we ended up sleeping without A/C. They offered us free breakfast to compensate the inconvenience.

Look at this hotel no one was friendly at all. It’s like a prerequisite to being an employee don’t smile. There was one lady in the restaurant who was very kind beyond that. It was just very nondescript somewhat of a dirty entrance and a feeling of being unwell for burden that’s all I have to say.

Hotel carpets and walls could do with cleaning. Very heavy thumping and banging noise constantly on going until quite late in the evening. This banging was so bad it was even shaking the building. No cash whatsoever accepted by the hotel, even for the very expensive €4.25 city tax.
However there was one positive, as the bed was very comfortable and also a good choice of television channels. The hotel is very close to Midi station, literally right across the road.

Everything was good a part from the pillows. They were of poor quality and felt like I was sleeping on cotton wool balls, very uncomfortable. Should invest in better quality pillows that is the only negative thing I can say. Everything else was fine ☺️

The location is excellent. The room was perfect for our needs and very comfortable. The breakfast manager (From Portugal) was most attentive and very helpful. The only downside was that the hotel could not provide English TV channels.

My only negative is that I exchanged messages with the hotel as I was traveling with my daughter and her baby and she needed our assistance. We asked for adjoining rooms months in advance, reminding them in the weeks and days before our arrival. At checkin they told us there’s no way we could get adjoining rooms, in fact, they put us on separate floors. This severely impacted us for the 5 nights we stayed there. For this reason, we will not stay here again.

Very convenient location. Great staff. Room adequate for my needs. WiFi good. But would not want to stay for more than 1 night at a time. Only negative is the temperature regulation is inadequate for a room with a southern exposure.

This location is right across from the Gare du Midi doors. It made getting to the Eurostar train very easy.
Needs to have a guide to the Brussels tram, bus and Metro lines for guests.

If you are looking for somewhere to stay that is convenient to Brussels Zuid train station - this is a great spot.
The staff are friendly. The building is clean and because of an exterior door to the complex it feels safe too.

Convenient well placed hotel. Good spacious room. Great helpful staff. Room wasn't particularly clean, hairs in the bathroom and bed and the bathroom was a bit grubby.

You can't beat this location if you're getting off a train at Midi. It's directly across from the station and it's a great place for a peaceful night sleep. Great bed, great service and an overall great experience!
