We stayed 4 nights here as we were going to a local wedding. Our room 243 was clean and spacious with a jacuzzi bath and very hot water. The only downside was the walk from the lift along many many corridors to the next to last room in the hotel. If we were not fit the walk could have been too much. Only a small gripe.

Very nice hotel. We would have liked an option for coffee and a pastry in the hotel instead of full breakfast only. The full breakfast was really lovely, just a bit more than we wanted every day. Local coffee shops may not all open before 8, so day trippers, who must get up and out, will be wondering where to go.

I was so happy when I was able to check in early. Staff was very helpful and friendly. It was nice having a breakfast buffet and the options were sufficient. I will definitely stay here again if I'm fortunate enough to make it back to Killarney.
The only negative comment would be that the room had a LOT of furniture which limited space for our luggage, but we were traveling for a month so may have had more than the typical guest.

Great location. Very welcoming and helpfull. Very good breakfast, but only very weak coffee though. The pool was very much appeciated.

Great place. There is a big pay-and-display parking lot in front of the hotel, but our gps lead us to th opposite side with entrance through the fitness area. The hotel could have described the entrance and parking situation better, both at hotels.com and at check-in. Good breakfast.

This hotel is in a great location! Lots of bars and restaurants and shopping very close. Staff was mixed - some very friendly, some not so friendly. I didn’t use any amenities (restaurant, bar, pool, etc). There is 1 ice machine and it was out of order, but the bar gave us ice. The bartenders were very friendly and accommodating. The lobby is modern, but the floors and rooms reminded us of the Shining. Clean, but outdated and a bit spooky. There is no parking. There is a public lot across the street, but weekends can be busy. Lots of taxis in the area.

Hotel is located near tourist center. The breakfast room and breakfast was very good. You can open the window in the room. One matrace in double room was in bad condition. One side of the matrace was lower than the other. It was used too much and needs to be changed. In overall the hotel can be graded between 3 and 4.

The room decor was worn and dated. The bed was VERY comfortable. Loved the location. The parking should be free or at least have designated spaces for hotel guests only. One night we had to double park in a driveway because there were no spaces available after circling for about 20 minutes.

Hotel was ok and in great location. One issue was entering hotel there were steps up to lift which is poor design especially as wheelchair lift was broken. Also no car park for hotel, had to park in carpark opposite which gets full quickly. Nice location close to Main Street.

We asked to change rooms after being awakened by loud, drunk people leaving the bars at 2:30 am. We then found that some of the hotel is air conditioned. Nice to have when the weather gets unusually warm. Showers leak, breakfast is ok (but free). But staff was nice.

Great location. Hotel feels dated but has been refreshed and was comfortable. Getting to hotel and Parking difficult due to very busy traffic area. Highly recommend parking in public parking and walking a couple blocks to hotel.

Clean and comfortable room, in a great location for exploring killarney. Staff were friendly and breakfast was really nice. Pool was a bit cold but nice overall. We couldn't get parking in the car park across from the hotel so had to park a few minutes walk away

Room was clean and the bath tub was a haven.
Music in attached bar was fun and location allowed for an easy walk to a later night entertainment pub.

This property is very centrally located with comfortable rooms, multiple dining options with nice breakfasts. Parking is across the street and requires ticket purchase each day. Rooms can get a little hot at night, but otherwise the rooms are well equipped, nicely decorated and very comfortable. We enjoyed irish coffees in the bar area and also dinner in the adjoining pub. We recommend Killarney Towers for your stay.

Unfortunately our room was dirty above a bar. And while I love a night out with live music, I prefer to enjoy it on my schedule. This was an early night for us, after a very long day, and as soon as we hit the sheets, the music started. It was as if they were in the room with us, we could hear every cord, every word.
The hotel itself was fine, although many stairs up and down to get to our room which sucked with our luggage, and the room was quite dated, with a few spiders and webs thrown in. Not worth the cost. Would not recommend.
That being said, the staff were all very lovely.

This hotel was fabulous! 5 minute short walk from the train station, great staff, lovely huge set up for breakfast. The pool was beautiful and nice for a dip. This hotel is center to so much in the city center, great stores and restaurants.
