Fantanstic hotel which is less than a 10 minute walk from the train station. Have been to leicester a few times and stayed at another hotel. This one was value for money and far outwayed my expectations. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was excellant - Sahil couldn't have been more helpful - the cooked breakfast on offer was very good and he even offered us poached or scrambled egg even though it wasn't on the side. There was plenty of variety for breakfast. First class in my opinion and I will definitely be staying there again and have recommended it to family and friends already.

Amazing stay, only issue was that the hair dryer wasn't working and we were only there for 1 night so didn't manage to get it sorted. Lovely staff and excellent location.

I wasnt aware there was no parking except in their basement carpark at an extracost of £25 for 24 hours. I was there 2x nights. They reduced it to £20 as i had previously rung and said i was disabled and i wasnt informed about a lack of parking. Max in basement about 6 cars for a hotel of approximate 600 rooms. The TV was broken, and as fully booked couldnt swap or replace it, but did give me a £20 good will gesture. STAFF All staff were helpful, a chef even got me a cupa tea at breakfast when i was waiting for my son and ex partner to join me. All staff in all departments were 100% great.

An OK 3* hotel in the very centre of Leicester.

Good short stay. Arrived pretty late and check in was done prior by our local colleagues. We left early in the morning so didn't really interact much. We were told the staff helped to change the room from a twin to a double which was really nice of them.

Was ok for the cost

Breakfast was poor. Poor selection of fresh foods / pastries and waited 15 mins for scrambled eggs. Sausages looked terrible and most things were almost finished No alternative milk options and the team looked short staffed for 9am

Decent hotel within easy reach of the city centre. Staff all welcoming, clean hotel. Security is good, no entry without room card. If park in local NCP, dont forget to get parking ticket paid at hotel first for reduction.

We had a pleasant stay but a couple of things did bother us. Breakfast was the same every day. A few variations would have been nice. Also the fact that the shower does not have an actual door or is not contained makes all water completely drenched the bathroom. I wish hotels would add this in their details page that Shower is an open concept because we are seeing it more and more and i would like to know beforehand. Not a big fan of them.

When a traveller takes the time to give you feedback, why don't you accept that graciously and say thanks and leave him to his busy schedule Instead, you harass him saying several other fields are mandatory And the you say comments must be so and so long Why? I've had enough. If you don't appreciate my feedback please don't rely on me for any more feed back. Understood?

Stayed one night to visit family. Hotel was good for that but as a romantic getaway totally unsuitable. Location to city centre was excellent

Check in was very good and quick. The room was of adequate size and everything worked as it should have. The beds were very small both me and my son are of similar height with me being of bigger build. My son fell out of the bed during the night me personally could sleep due to fear of falling out. The next morning we had ordered the breakfast,which turned out to be very disappointing. Everything seemed to be under-cooked and cold . Very disappointing due to the price the only thing warm was the coffee.

Check-in was excruciatingly slow. Room ok, shower could use a refurb. Breakfast had outages of food at time, had to wait for it to be replenished.

Excellent location..close to train station and city centre. Room was smaller than expected for a family room but comfortable and clean. No view out of window so slightly disappointing. Breakfast had a good selection of cooked food but not very hot. Overall a good stay, would stay again.

Friendly helpful staff, daily housekeeping. Good breakfast, comfortable room if a little noisy from street at weekend. Convenient location.

Fan in the room didn't seem to work, but aside from that, it was clean, nice lamp lights & ceiling lights, comfy bed & good towels, large room, pretty quiet, etc. Overall a pleasant stay.

Only good thing about ramada is its location. Staff don't always acknowledge you and very few smile or ask if ok, I stayed 5 months and not one asked me how I am. The ignorant staff ruin it for the positive smiley ones. Most of them would benefit on a customer service course. The cleaners, after knowing me still threw out my medication I left in drawer & paperwork I had bluetacked to the wall. One of them even stole my eye cream and then later my mascara. Unbelievable. There is no light in the room, the chair is rocky, the bathroom has no fan, the mattress is soft and they are all the same. There is no where to eat unless you eat their expensive and limited food in their dining area or lounge. Breakfast is badic English. The toaster gives lightly cooked bread or burnt. I was told they dont do laundry but then found laundry and dry cleaning list. Dont count sofa-bed as bed the springs are felt easy. No light in main area makes it not bright enough, basic, ironing board needs thicker cover so don't use unless you want to mark your clothes. I was told only other food is only the evening meals, then I see people eating, plenty of places to see and eat in city.

Nice and central

Very clean, comfortable city centre hotel. Ideal stay for after theatre event. Only reason 4 and not 5 given was room a little chilly. But should have turned the heating up!
