Prompt response and hygenic environment.

The sheets were dirty, the TV didn’t work, the room was hot. When I called the reception or room service, no one picked up. Took multiple attempts to get someone on the line. The breakfast was quite sad too. Would definitely not stay there again.

The rooms are worth the money. Breakfast buffet was good, though with a limited menu. A la carte was expensive

Decent place for a quick business meeting visit in the city.

The location is terrible. Coming from the airport one has to take a long route beyond the hotel and drive back or as my cab driver did rusk life and limb on the wrong side. The gate can only be reached through slush. The receptionist can’t cope with group arrivals and other guests get delayed. The bar service is very poor with inexperienced staff and poor attention to cleanliness

I like very much the cleanliness and pleasing services of your staffs. Provision of staircase /steps to walk up and down at least up to the lobby from the rooms is good for minimum physical exercise. All the best.

Bathrooms made of plastic of the size you get in an airport. Queen size bed is just a bigger single bed. Pathetic restaurant food. They send you wooden spoons and aluminium foil containers if you ask for room service. Even an oyo or a budget hotel is better. Location is next to a big traffic signal with major traffic jams so hard to get a ola/uber from there. Strictly avoid.

Staff are very helping and pleasing. Rooms are a bit small. Been told its a standard size worldwide. Room service trays lay outside for hrs. And overnite. I guess lack of supervision. Food in the restaurant is great. A single queensize bed strangely has two matresses which gets pulled apart during the sleep. Other than these overall stay and hotel are good. Good value for money. It is definitely a budget hotel.

Every thing was okay but they did not provide the dental and other kit

Very cosy and comfortable hotel. Service stands out. We were impressed by the hotel staff especially Soubhagya who was very hospitable and very professional in his approach. Although the surrounding area around the hotel is not very good due to construction activity,once you are inside the hotel you come across good ambience and cosy feeling. Oveall a good place to stay.

ORDINARY in EVERYWAY

Rooms are clean but small. Breakfast buffet is good but could be better when I compare to other places I have stayed. Overall a good value for money spent.

Mani is good. But other not so friendly Location horrible with construction going on No facilities nearby

This is the first time I stayed in Ibis and really I'm not satisfied the 4star category.

Good. But my helmet was stolen from parking lot. Reported to reception.

I stayed in Hotel for two nights and three days.Family got good service with distinction.Hotel connects to important places in the city.I enjoyed the quality of my time , felt honoured and happy with the services provided by hotel.

Enjoyed the hospitality at the Bar. The food served was delicious.

I happened to stay in this hotel. I checked in late. But the entire process was a breeze, thanks to the very professional staff. The staff was very prompt and got me checked without any delay. I had booked the hotel for 2 days through Expedia. However due to a personal emergency, I had to cut short my stay. The hotel staff was very professional in making adjustments and pro rated my final bill. Thanks to the staff and the manager on duty. The restaurant is good with offerings of both English and Western cuisines. They have an open kitchen offering Indian dishes. The English break fast is good. Though I am from India, I found that the Indian dishes were too spicy for my palette. I was wondering how another globe trotter would find the Indian cuisine, if the dishes are spicy. I would certainly recommend to bring down the spices in Indian dishes and make it more palatable to western guests as well. Besides the buffet,I found the dishes to be expensive. The restaurant prices doesn't match the offering. The rooms are decent, but the bed sizes are a bit on the smaller side. I found the bed clearly smaller compared to other hotels. The rooms are also a bit smaller compared to other hotels.On the other hand the facility and the bathrooms are very clean and well maintained.I would certainly recommend this hotel.

Nice and clean hotel, good breakfast and value for money. Traffic is horrible everywhere in Bangalore but it seemed better nearby the hotel than most of the other parts of Bangalore.

Excellent hospitality with a excelent room that fits your budget

My experience was awesome.. stayed for 2days and loved it.. we had dinner and breakfast buffet everyday.. enjoyed the menu.. breakfast buffet was complimentary.. we were fully satisfied with our decision of staying with ibis. Thanks for making our stay pleasant and awesome.
