Warm, friendly hosts who made me feel welcome and looked after. The room was lovely and very close to everything I wanted to see and do. My only regret was not being able to stay longer.The breakfast was excellent on all of the days I stayed. You must try the homemade granola!Thanks Antony and team, hope to see you agin in the not-too-distant future.

The hotel was so comfortable, clean and friendly- highly recommend it - close to some amazing restaurants, indian, italian, greek and a 5 min walk to the royal pavilion.

I needed a last minute hotel in Brighton and was struggling to find anything in my work budget. I searched by best rated and found this well in budget with good reviews. I went for the small single, it was small but perfectly serviceable and the bed was comfy. Check in very easy and I had no issues, I was very late getting to the hotel so I was shown to my room and left to get some beauty sleep. I was leaving early the next day so didn't have a breakfast. My only issue was trying to find somewhere to park, it's free after 8pm but fills up very quickly. Lovely hotel, would have no issues going back.

Spotlessly clean with beautiful furnishings.Wayne & Diego are very friendly & hospitable hosts who go the extra mile to make sure that your stay is comfortable. I hope to return for another visit soon.

Perfect location for exploring Brighton. The room was beautifully decorated and the decanter of sherry and Viennese whirls on the bedside table were a lovely touch. Always important, the bed was extremely comfortable. Nice firm mattress and comfy sheets. Wayne was very welcoming and the delicious breakfast in the morning topped off a wonderful stay. Will definitely return on our next trip to Brighton.

No 27 was such an amazing place. The BnB was beautiful. Great location, lovely staff and just great overall. Perfect stay!

The B&B is lovely but our room was very small and the bathroom was separate from the room down the stairs. This may not be an issue for others, but I prefer a toilet in my room.

Arrived with our daughter and her boyfriend ( who helped us carry our bags) and were given a welcome drink too! Excellent!

Lovely B&B, well presented rooms with superb attention to detail. A welcome Sherry and cake provided for anyone interested. Breakfast is a very high standard, with the Mushrooms being very highly recommended!

We had a lovely stay at No27 breakfast was very good but the attention to detail was most impressive I think the hosts must have asked themselves what would they want which is actually very clever. Highly recommended and thank you W&D

The interior decorating seemed odd and did not go together very well. I was hoping it would be a cuter b & b but I was a bit disappointed. The staff was kind though.

Very nice and clean place. Loved the decoration. The staff was great. Very helpful. My room did not have a toilet inside which put me off at the begging but it was close to my room and very clean and the place was so nice that it didn't matter at the end. I went to a dinner at the Grand Hotel and walked late at night back to the hotel. I was a bit concerned being a female walking on my own from the beach front to the hotel but the place felt very safe.
