When we checked in our room wasnt ready yet and no bath towels prepared. The room is badly needed some renovation though the location is accessible and walking distance to any restaurants outside.

The hotel staff where very friendly the rooms where big but the bathroom was not so clean there is mold on the ceiling spider webs bugs etc... The saddest thing is the beach there is sewage,glass condoms just really dirty. That is not the hotels fault of course that is the local government. The hotel is not bad for a one night stay it is good value for price oh the restaurant was not bad also.

Our stay at the hotel was great eventhough we booked on a very short notice. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The room was spacious and the shower was very spacious as well.Having breakfast outside on the terrace with a great view on the bay is highly recommended.Checking in went fast and so was checking out.

The service and place is worth more than the price

The rooms and staff where good only thing is the pool is not a swimming pool its more for little kids to stand around and play so if your looking for a swim you best check another place . Nice location and view beach pretty dirty but you can walk to the water foresistant a swim

would never go back. all the equipment is dirty and broken faucet and shower is dirty and walling so much mold

Breakfast is limited no other choice , extra rice is chargeable, better put buffet for breakfast

Well me and wife arrived and had some mechanical issues... Brought to attention of night staff about refund and moving to another level cation... Front desk staff and maintenance staff took IMMEDIATE ACTION ... Within minutes we were relocated to another room where everything was absolutely fantastic.. Front line staff are direct mirrors of their leaders.. In this case it was no wonder that the issues were taken care of.. Management was absolutely fantastic. Staff excellent and food was delish.. 4-5 stars in my book... If you get to subic please visit grand seas resort and have a wonderful stay.. We will again

What we didnt like is that my mom and aunt called the front desk several times to follow up for updates on the water problem. We waited for around 30 minutes but they were still not doing anything to fix the problem. As customers, we dont plan to waste time by just waiting around - we wanted results asap. My mom went warfreak mode and they were forced to act on the problem asap. They ended up bringing us with gallons of purified drinking water to be used for bath. Apart from the water problem, their pool was also small (dont believe the pictures) and kind of dirty. For a family getaway, the location is not appropriate since its in the red-light district. Basically we wouldnt recommend staying here. Sorry not sorry.

I really enjoyed the Grand Seas. Forget about internet, I had none the entire time I was there. I also asked for fresh towels two different times and I never received any. Other than that, the stay was excellent. The staff was extremely friendly and tried to cater to all my needs (they just would not bring me any towels for some reason). When I first got there the sink was clogged and they had two guys there immediately and changed out some plumbing and it worked fine. Great job. The hotel is nice for a cheaper hotel and the location is pretty good. It is right on the beach with a nice pool looking out over the water. They have 2 restaurants on site and plenty of staff to help you with anything you need. Great place for a family or a getaway with your spouse. I will definitely use this hotel again the next time I am there.

Had a nice enjoyable stay at Subic Grand Seas Resort. The hotel is a short ride away from the subic freeport zone. Hotel staff were very nice and accommodating. They had free wifi and a nice selection of breakfast. They also had a pool if you dont like the beach. All in all, a satisfying experience. :D

The hotel had a nice setting and views but the wifi was impossible to operate, shower needed remodeling, and in the morning the pool attendants were extremely too loud. Overall a good bang for your buck though. Good Location and good breakfast!

I would say this hotel is in a great location next to all the nightlife in Subic Bay. Its an average hotel and if that's what you are looking for a weekend then it would work for you. The cons are loud window air condition units and no sound proofing, you can hear outside noise easy.

More negative than positive, difficult to control hot water when there was hot water, it's on the beach but it's nothing but sewage coming from hotels all around. Restaurant is very expensive. Swimming pool is nice and large but no filter and not maintained unless you bring it to their attention. Not a good location, far away from anything. Positives, you have a free massage each day. Hotel staff speak good English.

The hotel is very good value for money. The area is very scruffy but once you enter the hotel everything is very nice. The staff are so friendly and helpful. The bar and restaurant overlook the beach and its a great place to eat breakfast or watch the sun set with a cold beer.The rooms are a good size with a large wet room style shower.The rooms are quite basic but are clean and have good aircon.

This was right smack in the red light district, but is surprisingly family-oriented. The guests were mostly local families with kids. There is a good restaurant on site, but you can also walk to wholesome drinking bars owned by retired US Marines, plus some pretty good restaurants. Rooms are not new but clean and well maintained. It's good enough for a night or two.

We had very good time and very relaxing. The hotel very clean and very good service and very friendly.
