Great place, very friendly and helpful staff. Really good location, is a short walk to Ku De Ta beach is good for surfing.

There was mosquito problem in the room which made it uncomfortable to stay in.

I had a good experience with the hotel service. Helpful staffs, good amenities and overall a nice atmosphere.

The worst nights with bed bugs biting my arms, back, legs. I requested to set the repellent and change the bed linens and bed covers but it didn’t look n prove the situation.

The staff at the restaurant was helpful. Bayu, in particular, was really helpful to provide immediate service. Always smiling and trying to offer coffee and hot water,,when requested. The room was spacious, but very noisy. The front desk knew that I had children, yet they allocated a room on the roadside. We couldn't sleep properly due to loud music, dogs barking and loud conversation by people at the ground floor. House keeping services team was great.

It was amazing. The breakfast & pool were top notch. The staff were so helpful and friendly. Detha in particular was kind and helpful.

Compare to last year property looks run down.You can see small flaws in the room. Toilet had a smell.Good bf option and super friendly staff.Their application which replaced the direct line to services are not sufficient, you have to wait for things you booked around 30 m. I sent a request to reception since only way to communicate for things apart of toiletries via chat , ended up requesting towels just to ask them to bring the iron, since reception never replied. Area araund is busy street, so you don’t have a problems with transport

I read a lot of reviews! We picked this for ease of walking was great! Hotel has aged a bit but is clean, breakfast is nice like other reviews. Other food is just ok better around the area. Lots of stairs lifts are slow so if you need a lift book elsewhere.

I love the look of the hotel. It’s in the heart of the citiy’s busy shopping. Very beautiful restaurant and pool. Loved the breakfast. We received the best massage in our room. Loved her! Great place to stay.

Absolutely great stay in a perfectly located hotel only metres from dozens of eateries and bars. Super friendly and helpful staff and special shout out to Angelo (the GM of the hotel).

Gorgeous facade and very spacious rooms. The team there is so warm and kind. The included breakfast is on the rooftop by the pool area and really great dining options with a view!

This is a terrible hotel, not a resort, more like a motel, old and not modern, dirty elevator, staff not so friendly, minimal breakfast option, boring pool on 6th floor. Once you go pass reception there is a super long ugly concrete hallway to the only single elevator. Tiny ants all over in the room. Waste of our 3 days staying here.

Lovely staff, great location

The hotel is in a nice spot just down to the Main Street without having the noice from the streets in the rooms. At first eyesight the room seemed amazing, but there was so much humidity in the room, so all our clothes seemed wet, including our blankets and pillows. Small black spots all over the ceiling confirmed the amount of damp in the room.

Amazing short stay, rooms are huge, modern comforts, excellent location in walking distance to everything. Would definitely stay again.

Very convenient hotel, centrally located with big room. Great breakfast, great pool, nice view of the volcanos from the roof top.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel. Staff was very service minded and helpful with everything. Breakfast was just lovely too. Pool area had such a nice sunset view and only 5 minutes walk to the beach. Would definitely recommend!

Another amazing stay at the Cross Paasha (was UPaasha!). Staff are amazing and I even got the same room I had 3 years ago. Facilities are starting to show their wear BUT with the hotel changing management they have already started on the huge renovations. Very excited to see the new rooftop and new rooms!! Cannot recommend this hotel enough. Perfect location in Seminyak

I absolutely love the service here! Everyone is so kind and welcoming. The included breakfast buffet is so amazing I was shocked. Hotel is an excellent location with so many places surrounding it. Would stay here again and again solely based on their amazing hospitality and endless amenities. So happy with my stay and so happy I chose this hotel.

Bed and pillows are so comfy. Staff were super friendly and helpful and efficient. Location in the middle of Seminyak means everything is within walking distance

Giving 1 star on only the staff as I never actually got to see the rest of the hotel! I had a booking with this hotel paid for via Experian. Who I also rate one star. this again is my mistake as I got to my booking and had booked 1 month in advance. Same dates just wrong month, again my error. Myself and my girlfriend were travelling and this was a luxury on a traveler budget as you can imagine and when we discovered the mistake we were told we could not transfer the dates could not stay and had no options but to leave. Experian said that they spoke to the hotel who were refusing a refund or to help us in anyway. The front desk staff were rude and said it was Experian who were refusing the refund or date change. This is just showing the sort of hotel this is. Didn’t want to help a mid twenties couple who made an obvious mistake. There’s so many other hotels around which have great service and staff this just is not one of them.
