We had a unbelievable good stay at the wonderful Regent hotel. It felt like home, the staff was amazing. Location is amazing and the view from the room was out of this world. The gym was open 24/7 and the machines was everything you need.
The pools was very good and safe because the life guards.
I am looking forward to come back to shanghai.

Even hotel guests need to pay 120rmb for parking through night. Ok, fine, not too expensive but I think they could do better. Small hotel, only one side of the hotel rooms can see Shanghai Tower. Deposit was 3000rmb. I won’t stay here next time.

Beautiful property with a great view. Not in the centre from a tourist perspective, but a short and easy metro ride away. Would stay again.

Clean and nicely decorated room, however, for Club Regent, the service was subpar and the breakfast was terrible. The Club Regent staff seemed young and inexperienced.

The whole team from front desk, bellman, Houskeeping to restaurant were very friendly and helpful. The only imperfection was allowing little kids to be in the hot tub after 9pm were disruptive to the quiet enjoyment of other paying guests.

Hotels.com reminded me the check in time as 2pm by email and we got there around 2 pm. But there were no cleaned rooms so we had to wait for over one hour. The hotel provided us welcome drink coupons so we enjoyed the welcome drinks at Camelia restaurant in the hotel but the waiting time was too long then provided us an upgraded room as suite room on the highest floor. Overall, very relaxing ambience. The room condition was great, the gym was very clean, the swimming pool was excellent. Everything in the mini bar was for free and 3 pieces of laundry for free too. The sauna & steam room were out of order so i couldn’t use it. Breakfast was very disappointing. No worth if it’s not inclusive of room charge. The staffs are all kind, very relaxing, super clean, and best location. Will definately visit again. Just... need more improvement for breakfast.

First trip during Covid. Hotel was ok...just club lounge with reduced opening time and no bfast. Japanese restaurant was closed.

I stayed at Regent for my son's birthday. Hotel staff decorate the room with balloons , it made us very happy.

Really great property and got a great price from Expedia. Beautiful rooms - great gym and restaurants... The service was great - the Bell Staff were helpful and saved us from getting ripped off by the Shanghai Cab Drivers - when you get dropped off at the Hotel, run the fare by the Bell Person and they will get the right price from the Driver if they are trying to rip you off - EVERY cab driver in Shanghai tried to rip us off - make sure they drive you right to the entrance (tell them you have to use the ATM) as they try to drop you off on the street to be able to get away with it...

This was the last stop on a China trip that included two Shangri-Las, 2 Hyatts and a Renaissance. The Four Seasons was a paradigm shift. From v.g.- excellent to magnificent. Wow, this hotel is exceptional. We decided it would have been on our bucket list if wed only known. The key is the business lounge, where the service is terrific, and the food even better. Oh, and the pool. I wouldnt usually mention a pool, but this has an amazing view of the mad lights of Pudong. Great in the daytime but exceptional in the dark. To get there direct from Pudong airport, take Line 2 Dongchang Road exit. Do go, but dont bother with their in-house Italian restaurant. Everything else is perfect.

This is an excellent hotel with fantastic staff.Area much quieter than the crazy of the Bund but nearby metro was so easy & efficient.Our upgraded corner suite was on 36 th floor was huge with amazing views. Really nice bathroom & amenities.Great breakfast and club room on 35th floor was well worth it. Ample quality food,service,and views.The pool & large hot spa were perfect after a long day touring.The only criticism was the few parents in the spa teaching their children to swim with kickboards- not appropriate.

Awesome hotel! They upgraded us to the club room with a view of the Shanghai tower and they even decor the room for our anniversary celebration. Just walk outside to reach the 3 towers and the IFC mall. Walk further you will get to the Bund. The food was great and the service specially at the club lounge. The room is so clean and complete. Plus the pool with the view is really a great way to realx.

All the staff were very welcoming and helpful. It was in a great location and the pool and gym facilities were brilliant.

Fantastic location. Beautiful design. Large comfortable rooms. Amazing restaurants, gym, spa. The nicest pool I have ever swam in. All in all, the best hotel experience that I’ve had in my 50+ years.
