Great Hotel with amazing Service and location. The beds and pillows were al little dated and uncomfortable, but the service and location makes up for it.

A brief stay as a special birthday treat. When we arrived, we were shown to a room with double beds, but we had booked a room with one king-size bed. The little problem was quickly and pleasantly sorted out.

Very easy access to the market for shopping and dining. Walking distance from the central park and easy access to transportation. As sugestión they need to work on the breakfast menu, the same breakfast every day and repeat it for your stay is really a killer. Fruits need to be washed with bottled water otherwise well water will get you sick. Work on better communication with the front desk, restaurant staff always want to charge you for everything. Hopefully they will get better soon. Planning to come back soon.

The hotel is very charming. Our room felt like a little villa and was quite spacious. The staff was incredible. Everyone was very friendly and courteous. I would stay here again.

The staff are very nice! The breakfast is included and very delicious. The location is just one block from town, very convenient location. I enjoyed staying there and the pool was decent.

Beautiful historic colonial style hotel. Very large comfortable rooms, quality bedding, AC, safe, mini frdge, beautiful clean pool and garden in the main courtyard. Excellent Staff were all so kind and welcoming.
Its a well managed small boutique hotel.
Central park, restaurant zone, colonial churches are all within a 5 minute walk.

Our room was very large and all things were in working condition. We were checked in with an informative attendant who gave us a brief walking tour of the property as well as a formal walk through in our room.

Beautiful hotel, Close to the everything and in a very safe area. The staff are wonderful. Special thanks to Abel in front desk, Ivana and Stefani the servers at the restaurant, They are the best and a really kind persons. When I go back I will stay at Casa Consulado again. 10/10

Group of families. Staff were friendly and helpful, pool was lovely (and a welcome place to cool off).
When our kids were noisy one morning (and disruptive to another guest) the staff approached us with exceptional professionalism. It’s never an easy situation to navigate, showed consideration for all involved, and impressed me.
Staff helped us to arranged transport to several activities, all of which was punctual.
Location is quiet but very close (<5 min walk) to the central square.

This has become my favourite hotel in Granada. It is beautifully decorated, the rooms are immaculate and the beds are incredibly comfortable. The breakfast included was delicious, and the two guys working there Jaime and Brandon were very attentive - excellent workers.
The hotel is located a block away from the central park and close to all the best restaurants. Will be staying here again.

The hotel manager, Jaime, was extremely attentive, ensuring that our stay was a good one. Some noise as it was payday on the 15th and nearby bars and restaurants were busy. Overall a beautiful hotel and great staff.

When we arrived there was nobody there to check us in. The workers from the restaurant had to call the boss to get the evening employee to come in to help us. Other than that experience was great. Food was good and pool was great. Clean, big rooms.

Really fantastic hotel with a spectacular interior pool area and sizable rooms. They were generous enough to give us an upgrade too so it was well worth the price!
