Stayed in a treehouse overlooking the ocean with a balcony and hammock. It was absolutely amazing.

It's the employees of the hotel who made our stay very enjoyable. Every single one of them have been treating us friendly and competent - it made us wish that we could have stayed longer!

We loved our stay here. The staff wax great and the room was nice. We had the sky suite (be prepared to get your steps). The view was to die for.

Beautiful surrounding I got a deluxe treetop villa so I had a jungle view with a slight glimpse of the ocean. Woke up to the sound of birds and animals.

This is a beautiful hotel set into the rocks and jungle. It has a wonderful feeling of being secluded but within walking distance to the centre of koh Tao. Glorious sunsets just 5 mins down the beach and a beautiful spot to see the sun go down on your own beach. Great restaurant, wonderful breakfast and a lovely helpful team.

There was construction the whole time and I couldn’t relax. Staff was nice and spoke good English.

This is possibly the best villa we have ever experienced. Set within lush gardens with a 360 view of mountain forest and beautiful coast, it's just a 2 minute stroll to the sea. The staff made our stay truly magical - always welcoming, smiley, thoughtful and kind. Combined with nature's beauty, we felt blessed x thank you to all staff at Cabana

Very special place with unik houses between trees. Nice relaxing atmosphere with a nice beach right in front of you. Restaurant where you eat breakfast have a wonderful location right at the end of the beach. Very friendly and smiling people working at the hotel. If you like something special instead of a normal hotel this is the place for it.

After getting married in Samui the week before, we wanted to stay somewhere nice as a treat. The fact this accommodation is listed as a 4 star is simply not accurate. The resort is dated, photos on booking sites showcase the beach view villa’s which are far more superior. The restaurant service is terribly slow, but the staff are always friendly & helpful. We had dinner there on our first night. I received a starter that looked similar to what I ordered - no sign of my husbands starter. Shortly after, out came two starters, meaning they had given us one by mistake. Later, my main course arrived & we waited 45mins for my husbands duck curry. When they finally bought it out after some chasing, they said “we’ve ran out of duck, so this is pork”. They never asked us if this was okay. Upon check out, the mistaken third starter was actually on our bill and no sign of a promised 10% discount after the mistakes through the night. The pathways are very overgrown - if you’re not fond of wildlife (I actually had a snake drop in-front of my feet - no joke). The resort has so many steps, you’ll be out of breath walking to your room in the heat. The views however, are absolutely incredible and the sunsets are beautiful. The pool towels smell musty, they’re torn & bleached in places. The amenities list a pool & beach bar - which doesn’t seem to exist. The resort is okay, great staff when you can find them. We would’ve rather have stayed in a hut on the beach than spent the money here

An amazing beautiful place. Be very aware there are a lot of steps. Snorkelling right in front of the resort. Feels like you are on a true holiday when staying here. Food and beverage prices are bit high but you can walk the beach and find many places to try

Absolutely perfect This resort will instantly bring a smile to your face. It is so beautiful aesthetically with each villa style possessing its own distinct beauty. The outdoor showers, complimentary breakfast and work out classes were some of the highlights for me. But the absolute best is the staff here, they work so hard for you to have a wonderful time and are always happy to answer any questions. I extended and moved rooms, when I came back from the beach my bags had been relocated without my having to ask. That’s the type of thing that gets you 5 stars. Do not hesitate, book this spot today

We loved this property! We stayed in the sky cottage. It was a fair walk to get up to the room, but worth it for the ocean view. The staff were amazing. It was easy to arrange for laundry service, food/beverage service on the beach, and even yoga sessions. You can still hear the beach bars at night, but it is as quiet as it will get on the island while still being walking distance to restaurants. Would recommend this property for sure!

We stayed in the tree house. It was really lovely. A LOT of stairs but worth it. Very beautiful. Fantastic food

We stayed in the family villa - we had our own pool with an amazing view - excellent price by western standards - the staff are lovely and work hard to please - restaurant had very good food - we also ordered room service which was great and quick - plenty of bottled water We loved the villa - it’s rustic and getting a little tired - but the AC worked well and it was spacious - beds were good - bathrooms interesting - we had a waterfall in one - and a monster tub (we didn’t use it) in the other - we were careful to use mosquito netting at night and keep doors closed - we would come again and hope to in the not too distant future - one issue for light sleepers is the bar and show way down the beach has a nightly show with bass that travels out to cabana - they have ear plugs for those that might be disturbed conveniently in bathroom - but it didn’t bother us We walked down the beach each day into town - less than 10 mins

Beautiful Tree Top Villa with lots of amenities, quick laundry service, friendly and helpful staff, everything was clean. I didn't like the outdoor shower and toilet because of gekkos or other animals coming in.

Comfortable hotel on the north edge of beach. Walking distance to main area. A little rustic and no hot water at all for most of stay. Staff very friendly and helpful though. Breakfast edible, but not fantastic.

Overall a good average hotel - 3 stars not more. The breakfast is poor. It just doesn’t live up to the competition down the beach where we chose to have breakfast instead. It’s sad that almost no one eats in the restaurant in the evening even though the location for the place is amazing. It needs an update. The beach hut we had was nice. And the kind personal waiting for us when we arrived by boat from Ko Phangan (as a free service) was also very nice. Only one out of two pools had water in it which left a little sad impression. The noise from the parties in the beach is not loud enough to disturb ones sleep - and I’m a light sleeper.

Absolutely amazing place to stay. You really feel taken care of. Spend the extra money on the ocean view it’s worth it. My girlfriend and I felt like we were on our honeymoon staying here. It is in the perfect spot. Far away enough from the loud music and bars but a short 5 minute walk along the beautiful beach to get to it all

Lovely quiet location, very nice breakfast, large clean rooms. If there is a down side, its that there is nowhere provided to put your clothes. We didnt mind the walk along the beach to reach the main centre of life... a 10 minute stroll or so...
