It was very good in all respects.

Our toilett was not really fix at the ground floor

I liked the location and staff service. Room was good, but the shower head sprayed water everywhere and the glass partition could not contain it properly. I ended up having baths. Breakfast was not great. The coffee was good. Variety in food choices could be better. Bread was not fresh.

Classical room design in a converted historical building. Good value for the price.

Very classy decor, like an old-fashioned grand hotel.

Beautiful hotel. Recent renovation to old style elegance. There were even stained glass windows in the grand stairwell. Close to a several excellent restaurants. Close to several churches and austere soviet style buildings which give the city a different flavour to Lithuania or Latvia

The location is excellent, being close to City Hall and other sights. I walked from the Central Bus Station and it is an easy enough 2km stroll. Facilities at the hotel were excellent, large clean room, good wifi, no noise, and the front desk spoke good English. I was impressed at the quality of the room for the price.

Great location in a quiet street in the centre of town. Only minuses were that the shower was in the bath, which was high-sided, and thus a bit difficult to access for smaller, older people ( like my wife and me). We had a room on the top floor, other rooms may of course be different. Also, the breakfast buffet had ‘ hot ‘ items which had been sitting around for a while and so were cold. There were not many people at breakfast, so turnover at the buffet was probably slow.

A lovely antique hotel located near the heart of city centre. It is about 200 m away from the city hall and is within walking distance of the main attractions of MInsk. Staff of the hotel was friendly and heplful. Room was clean and wifi was good. Stayed there for 4 nights and would be happy to return in future. The only matter that might cause concern is that there was some water leakage from the bath tub. That may well be a usual problem of the old hotels. Overall, I was quite content with my stay there.

Very charming and well maintained turn of the century building. Strikingly beautiful stained glass walls by the stairs. Very good location. Staff very polite and helpful. Good value.

The hotel is well-located for the exploration of central Minsk, and it is perfect for anyone who is nostalgic for 1970s decor! Everything is spotlessly clean, and the staff on reception were efficient, friendly, and helpful. The air conditioning was easy to understand and effective. The shower and bath worked fine. My room was well insulated from noise; the party one night in the restaurant immediately below was almost inaudible. My only mildly adverse comment would be that some elements of the breakfast are not to a Western European taste. But there are excellent breakfasts to be had nearby (turn right out of the hotel and keep going for around 80m). When I return to Minsk, I will stay here. I enjoyed it.

Nicely located very comfortable hotel with courtesy staff. The only one thing to improve is good temperature at breakfast: it was cold when I got to it.
