Outstanding choice in Minsk, first rate facility, breakfast, WiFi, restaurant. Connected to a nice mall that has variety of stores and restaurants, could not be any more convenient

Nice, clean, fresh hotel, with very good location, very good breakfast, nice sky bar, and a comfortable room. Only strange issue - hot water in the bathroom is not a problem, but making water cold in a bahroom is very problematic - and I meet this problem second time in this hotel.

There was nothing special

I would like to share with you mi experience about this hotel I book my room with a terrace: when we enter our room in our terrace was missing table and chairs, there was nothing, empty terrace! I called them on reception, and I told them I need everything the same how it was on picture, after a while they brought small table and two small chairs ( And one more thing about this hotel : that they have casino on 5 floor , and from this casino all flors smells cigarette, specially in elevator, extremely! And in restaurants which located down , the service it’s so slow , and they are not paying attention to customers! Cleaning was very good 👍 Reception staff was good 👍 The hotel located in the center of the city , which is good 😊
