Giving 3 stars because I booked for the wrong two days by mistake. When I checked in they mentioned that I was supposed to check in the day before and when I said it was a mistake and if they could adjust the dates for me they not only were unwilling but really didn’t even seem to care or empathize with my situation. They said the night I didn’t check in for is now void and that if I needed another day on my reservation I would have to pay for it. I paid for two nights and only stayed for one. They said I’d have to pay again for another night so I just stayed one night and took my business elsewhere. They didn’t even offer a discounted rate, upgrade, or anything. Really disappointing for a traveler on a budget. Would have been a great stay if they let me stay for the two nights that I had paid for, can’t stand businesses who are unwilling to work with you in these situations.

Hotel location is great. Just a few minutes from Saldanha Metro which is a direct line to the Airport. Comfortable and clean hotel and in excellent location. There are two shopping centres nearby with nice food courts. Very friendly staff.

Very nice hotel in the centre of the city. The only negative I have was there is only 1 iron to share for the whole hotel. When people are travelling it would be nice to take the wrinkles out of your clothes before going out. At 30-40 dollars per iron I’m not sure why each room doesn’t have their own.

The hotel was centrally located near both metro stations, easy access to town and more. The parking is an issue - while they say they have it - it is only for very SMALL cars and I had to park down the street for more money than what was expected. The blow dryer would last about two minutes then shut down so drying my hair was an event. The staff was nice, the beds comfortable and overall a great experience.

We had a wonderful time. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was on the corner, so very bright and quiet.
The only issue was we left a box of sweet on the table and we found a lot of ants in and out of the box next day. We got rid of the box and asked the receptionist to clean the room later but we still found some ants on the white cloth on the table.

This is a great and comfortable place to stay in Lisbon. The hotel is clean and quiet. The hotel is located close to a subway station which makes it accessible to/from the downtown area, railway stations, and airport.

Comfortable, quiet hotel, well located for exploring the city. Friendly, helpful staff. Complimentary drink upon arrival. Good variety of items for breakfast. Special thanks to breakfast room staffperson Paula who provided us with ice and water for our water bottles each day before we headed out to walk Lisbon. For a change of pace from excellent Portuguese food, we enjoyed Passage to India (across the street from the hotel) and Italy Caffe Ristorante (on the parallel street around the corner).

Very nice property with access to dining and shopping. Clean, comfortable and a friendly staff. The only drawback is the walk to old town and the area in between. Train service is available and easy to use once you figure it out.

On first glance the property looks nice, however, the elevators intermittently smell like sewage. The rooms have paper thin walls and you hear everything. The quality of the rooms and cleaning is not consistent.
I had to move rooms due to excessive noise. The original room didn’t have a place to put a bar of soap or bath items in the shower. I was told that is normal in Portugal. The second room did have something for your soap. Some of the lights in the first room didn’t work.
They provide flimsy paper cups in the bathroom to use to clean your teeth.
The staff was very friendly and tried to help as much as possible.

Average quality hotel. The rooms are a nice size but could use updating especially the bathroom. Bed was also very uncomfortable and would benefit from a new mattress. The breakfast is in an unattractive lower room with no windows. The buffet provided was of lower quality and quantity compared to other hotels stayed in on my trip. Location was away from the craziness of downtown but provided easy access to all forms of public transportation to get you to where you want to go. Some good restaurants in the area.

We stayed at 2 separate occasions during our 10 day trip to Portugal. Very friendly staff, rooms are not available before 2:30, lobby and other areas are clean. The first room we stayed in was well appointed and clean. The second time around we stayed in a room on a higher floor unfortunately the carpet was extremely dirty. The hotel is close to restaurants and coffee shops located on ave. Duque de Avila). Hotel parking is a bit challenging. All in all it suited our needs and recommend it.
