I was able to have a relaxing stay in a very quiet environment. However, I felt stressed because the Wi-Fi was sometimes connected and sometimes not. Even when connected, the communication speed was slow.

Pleasant stay overall! The place is a bit tired and outdated but it’s really not too bad. Front desk and housekeeping staff members are great! I had an issue with my room location and Ms. Deandra Flores truly went above and beyond to accommodate me and ensure my stay was as comfortable as possible. Ms. Tracey also helped provide timely and professional customer service regarding a separate issue that occurred during the visit. The hotel is in a prime location, as it’s close proximity of a local gym, stores, restaurants, and multiple shopping stores (K-Mart is right up the hill). I would come back!

I requested a condominium type accommodation because I was traveling with my elderly parents. I wanted to keep costs down as I stayed for 6 nights. So this hotel was suitable for that. However, I was disappointed that there were not enough cooking utensils. The staff were very kind and pleasant. I would like to have a room facing the pool if possible. thank you.

No guidance except emergency exit in the room. Floor had not been wiped, so my foot got dirty as I walked in the room. No dish towel in the kitchin, though there were minimum dishes. No face towel, hand towel. There were only bath towels.

Good hookup place

Room and property were nice BUT they say Pet Friendly then ask for $ 200.00 deposit for my son's Service Dog. Nope did not pay and were not happy with the desk staff. If you are wanting to charge for service animals, say it in the ad, Don't say Pet Friendly.

Great room! Great Price! 2 twin size bed and 1 king bed 2 bathrooms with dining table, tall fridge, kitchen if you want to cook, utensils, pot, pan, cups, toothbrush in case you didnt bring yours, and couch with tv and small patio. Staff was great service although we checked in at recommended time. Room wasnt ready until 2 hours later which sucked but they accommodated us with late check out. Also the tv remote wasnt working and we only had one aircon remote for both aircons. It was ok because the aircon remote worked for both ac units. We called front desk but service was slow to come check our tv remote and give us another ac remote so we just canceled our request to get one and just informed them of the situation so we dont get charged. Also the fridge didnt close good but still kept drinks cold. Besides that everything was great and we would stay here again! Thank you!

Stayed there for 2 nights, we we came to the room there was a strong smell of mold, linoleum floors where all scratched, rooms and the hotel grounds do not look like the pictures, it really needs remodeling, second day they didn’t came to clean the room or take trash out even when requested, also the second night was a Saturday and was really noisy, could heard people yelling by the pool, and slamming doors and being loud on the hallway late at night

Not enough parking. EXTREMELY slow elevator.

I love everything about the property! Our room was great.

The outside was clean and nice. Parking was terrible. Staff was very courteous. Hallway had trash and floor was sticky when walking on it. Room was nice could use a little cleaning. No towels due to vendor. Should have stated that on booking site.

Other than it being fully booked the stay was nice and loved that the little convenient had just about everything that we needed at least for what we had forgotten to bring from home 👍

Price was reasonable however when we were walking to our room the hallway smelled like smoke, people hanging around the staircase but overall our stay was amazing.

What I liked about the place was they allowed pets, I stayed with my pitbull, but problem was I kept calling front desk for house keeping to clean my room and pick up trash, clean floors it was so dirty with hair and dust on floor, I had to clean it myself since no one showed up to assist and on top of it all no towels.

Parking is limited. Staff is friendly.

They gave me a choice room and ensured I could wash my clothes. They generally were quiet when I needed quiet. I lost most of one night's sleep because of neighbors (or the hotel) out of seven. When I complained, an employee yelped into the phone. I did not sleep well because of noises originating from the flooring under my bed.

For the first time renting at a hotel i can say that all the staff was friendly and they made it easy for me to check in and out.
