The staff were super friendly and helpful, and the restaurant was great value for very tasty meals.

All the staff, from reception to cleaning, room service to restaurant, security to pool staff and all the trainee's to general manager get a 10 . They made us really feeling at home, and made us coming back next year

Loud noises from other guests during the night. Breakfast was really poor. For example there was only 2 bread options and only jam or veggies to put on top.

First of all, there’s only a stool in the room, there's no chair where you can lean back in the room. Secondly, the water in the bathroom, both by the toilet 🚽 area and in the shower 🚿 area, the water doesn't drain at all, because the ground is tilted to wrong angle, therefore the water doesn't drain. Terrible! ☹️ The safety box did not work at first, called the service tech and they fixed it. Bathroom rug always dirty each day (see the pictures). Hotel service is pretty bad. Each night we have to request for two extra shower towels, a hand towel and clean bathroom rug. Also, they did not refill the shampoo/soap for us, so we didn’t have any shampoo nor soap during the 3rd night/4th day. Also, the room request does take a long time for them to deliver items to us. They moved us to another room on the ground floor, however, the room on the ground floor feels a lot more dampened (lembab) than the room on the fifth floor. You can see condensation forming on the AC, and the floor does feel a lot more dampened. And also, for some reason the toilet area on the ground floor smells stinks.

Location close to airport, restaurants and shopping mall. Staff were exceptionally friendly (the best part about the hotel). Not to be disrespectful in any way, but this property unfortunately didn’t satisfy my expectations. It’s more outdated than expected. The bed sheets were severely stained with yellow patches. And the bathroom needed a good scrub. The buffet breakfast could do with a few more western options, like pastries and other items that are a bit lighter on the stomach. Dripz coffee shop downstairs is great and convenient to pick up your morning coffee. The highlight would have to be the staff. Very welcoming, very friendly each time when passing in the hallways, very accommodating. Both of the drivers I had to and from the airport where lovely. Overall, if you’re looking for a decent hotel and don’t have high expectations like myself, this hotel is for you.

The decking around the pool was extremely unsafe. The boards are not secured and there are areas that are broken.

For the price it was amazing value. The staff really lovely and helpful. Great options for breakfast in a good atmosphere. Well located to the shops, beach, restaurants. The hotel was clean and provided everything you needed in the room such as a fridge, bottled water and tea/coffee making facilities. Aircon was great and the bed comfortable. They also offer 24/7 room service. I’d definitely stay again

Overall Eden Hotel is very good value for the room tariff. Our package included breakfast which had reasonable choices. The hotel is clean and staff all very friendly. Location at South Kuta is within easy walking distance of two large shopping centres and Waterborn park which is very convenient if you have kids! The main pool area is somewhat small and located within building two at the rear of the property, so try and ask for a room in this part of the hotel. I will say that the hotel is quite busy for tour groups and can get a little noisy at times with guests coming and going. There is also a Mosque near by so you may hear the call for prayer in the early hours of the morning. No big deal for us. We stayed here for 4 nights and enjoyed our time. For those wanting to stay longer and looking for more of a resort style hotel, you might find this property somewhat limited in terms of facilities and eating options.

I enjoyed an excellent stay at the Eden Hotel. The hotel was perfectly located, staff were always friendly and helpful and the room was comfortable and well equipped. The pool was great and the water was the perfect temperature, the swim-up pool bar was very nice. I'll stay again for sure.

I woke up very early in the morning because it was too noisy! And that ruined my day :(
