I loved the fact that my family and I were able to get separate bedrooms and bathrooms, and the cost was not bad at all. Friendly staff and check-in were a breeze.

Love how the staff are very welcoming and accommodating, the cleanliness and rooms are spacious. Wish they have some kind of sound barrier between rooms so we don't hear footsteps specifically from people staying in the room above us.

Allowed us to check in several hours early after a long drive. Had the pool to ourselves! Two bedroom suite was great. Will stay again.

Chicken was easy. People friendly. Room was very underwhelming. For an extended stay place, one glass to use is just unacceptable. Also, shower curtains are ripped, service requests for special pillow also disregarded. Floors are creaky. You can hear everybody walking.

THIS IS A GREAT HOTEL. WE ASKED FOR DINING OPTIONS, AND THEY HAD A LIST OF LOCAL OPTIONS FOR DINING AND SHOPPING IN THE AREA. ADD TO THIS, THE ROOM WAS VERY SPACIOUS.

The hotel was clean. Our flight got in early, and they accommodated us for early check-in. Staff were friendly. Hotel was quiet, even though it was fully booked for a softball tournament. Very little noise in the hallway or coming through the walls.

Staff was friendly, room was big and well appointed. For one night in college town, it worked for what we needed but I am not aware of Greenville didn’t seem to be in best area. Also, we were on the 2nd floor so when we checked in around 7 pm we went up to our room and was surprised right across from elevator was a huge bag of trash. It was there all night and stayed sitting on carpet until at least 9:30 the next morning. Disgusting, smelly and asking to attract bugs! The rest of hotel seemed clean and smelled okay. Only other thing was shower had no hot water and broken shampoo holder with blue painters tape on it.

We had a great stay. Our only issue was the cleanliness of the pool and the area around the pool. It was HOT during our stay, and we ended up with more downtime than anticipated, so we were looking forward to relaxing around the pool. But there was a significant amount of hair and what looked like a tissue floating in the water and a chicken wing bone on the side of the pool, which was there for both days of our visit, leading us to think that the pool wasn't well-attended to.

The staff was wonderful! The best staff interaction I have had in a long while. However, all during the night the fire alarm malfunctioned. I got maybe two hours of sleep.

There was trash in the hallways the whole time we were there. The room was not very clean and the pull out sofa bed was paper thin.

We had a great experince with this hotel; they have a great staff, who are very friendly and wete accomadating for my wife and I needing a later checkout. Large spacious rooms with a nice liitle kitchrn, that is stocked with dishes, pots and utinsels for cooking. There was also a really nice buffet breakfast thats complimentary; although I was not a big fan of the turkey sausage. All in all a great place to stay.

When I left for the day, I put the tag on the door for "no service". I left items out in the room that I would have otherwise put away or taken with me. Upon return I noticed the tag was no longer on the door. I entered the room to find no service had been done, but the tag had been placed back it its spot on the back of the door. When I addressed thisxwith the ftont desk, they made light of the situation. Although the facility was nice, I would not again use or recommended this location.

Clean enough. 2 big issues:
1) I arrived very late, and was woken up by the TV turning itself on to welcome the next visitor. This was 3 hours before check out. Maybe wait till after someone has checked out to do this?
2) No hot water. A basic of a hotel necessity. The front desk said they will have maintenance check it out, didn't work my entire stay. On check out she said "we told the mx man but he was in a meeting". Way to show your priorities.
Probably won't visit again, given other options

When I arrived back to my room after a day away the TV would not work, front desk told me to look at the back of the TV, turn off power and restart and that should fix it. Found the cable box was broken, called back to let them know... there was no offer of other room, discount or sending maintenance. A bit dissapointed.

The people who worked here were nice but the property was disgusting. There was a used bar of soap on the bathroom floor, the beds were dirty and there was blood on the interior door handle. Has a two night reservation and left after the first night

Such a pleasant staff and comfortable facilities. They will become our go-to lodging while our grandson is in med school at EVU!

Overall, good, clean, and convenient property. Our rooms had very low water pressure, which made showers near impossible for me, and impossible for my wife and daughter, who needed more water pressure to rinse conditioner/shampoo from hair. Otherwise, we do like Marriott properties, and the staff were helpful on everything but this. They didn’t have maintenance on-site when I talked to front desk about the water pressure issues.

The guest across from us was very rude and irate, the door was swinging all night & it was smoke in the air. So much so the front desk clerk said she smelled it too. Not to mention the rounded off charges. I was charged $162.72 through Expedia for 12/24/23-12/25/2023. Once I arrived I was told by front desk clerk that I will get charged a $20 incidental fee. Now $162.72 $20.00 = $182.72 all day. So please make it make sense why my card was charged $190.00
