Beds squeaked for every turn and the mattress was sunken in the middle. Spider webs were on the bathroom ceiling and spiders too. Bathroom door wouldn't close, so had to push it very hard to close it. No fan or window in the bathroom so there is no air circulation during a shower. The hotel is located near a train track which can be very loud at night. I would find somewhere else if I ever visit Kingston again.

A no-frills hotel. Management is nice, but clearly out of sorts. Don't believe the advertisement that breakfast is included -- it is NOT! Rooms and furnishings are dated, but clean.

This is a great little boutique hotel, well renovated - with ogoing renovations.

Nice rooms with a kitchenette. Disappointed by the *300* cad deposit on a ONE night stay. the deposit ended up being vastly more expensive than the room alone and it wasn't that clean :(
stains on the chairs and floor and the shower head leaked when the neighbor showered.... at least it was on the water and close to a lot of cute stores....

Was on the water front, with ample seating, clean and well taken care of. Buildings and parking lots very clean and neat. Had a constant companion, the train witch is right across the street and ran multiple times day and night horn blowing as there was a crossing their.

We stayed for an overnight trip, it was decent. Some cob webs on the roof and a lot of dusk under the bed. However the staff was super friendly and it was an overall nice place to stay

Checkin was efficient and friendly. The room was just ok although the bed was really comfy. Needs a giid bit of TLC and updating. Two tv remotes provided but no instruction on how to best use them. The phone did not work. The bathroom door would not fully close without giving a mighty push. Train track very near although, for us, not a real bother. Likely would not stay there another time.

The views were very pretty, unfortunately the inside was not so much. Very dated, air conditioner did not work well and was very noisy, and many of the outlets in the room did not work at all. A lot of spiders and cobwebs. :(

Was not impressed with the room at all their was lots of flies not overly clean either i booked a room with a spa and it didn't even work plus there was supposed to have complimentary coffee in the room and was none had to walk somewhere to get coffee needless to say my first time there and definitely my last

This is nicely located nearby to the water (though the train tracks nearby are very active).
They were also accomodating for our dog who is on the larger side.
Enjoyed some of the updates that appear to be in the process of being completed; however alot of the work work around the property appeared to be completed poorly. For example, trim missing around doorway and holes through to the outside around the air conditioner.
There were no accesible outlets near the bed and one of the side lamps didn't work.
The electronics were plugged into a single power cord and the lights would sometimes flicker when we turned things on or off.
Matress was extremely uncomfortable and sheets had grease stains.
The person tending the front desk came across as though he didn't care about his job and would very much prefer not to have been bothered with anything.

Well kept and managed older and slightly “dated” motel, beautiful setting which would be great in summer and fall, maybe spring. Inexpensive. No breakfast although advertises as such on the website. But local breakfast spots available. A secret gem.

Trains that run every hour and blast their horns. I totally get not the fault of the hotel.
However, we got there very very late at night and just crashed. When we woke up in the morning, I thought ok, not a bad room. A bit out dated but who cares! Well then my son couldn’t find his cell phone so I looked under the beds…DONT LOOK UNDER THE BEDA!!! Omg they have not been cleaned in years!!!! Then I looked to the side of the bed, between the side of the bed and wall, I had to ouch the bed out a bit, but not much. A men’s pair of dirty underwear and a ladies boot and a dirty sock which was not ours…..
However I would say this would be a nice hotel being on the water.

The folks are nice but this is a refurbished motel from the 70s. The door to my room was old and hard to lock. It was noisy because it’s so close to the road.
