Basic hotel with a basic breakfast. Not as expensive as other BW hotels. It was what I expected and did the job. I would return.

Great location, literally a 2 minute walk to the cathedral! Rooms are clean but small. If you’re driving, call in advance to find out about parking. When we arrived and asked about parking we were told it was booked. Otherwise, hotel was great.

Fabulous breakfast was included, staff were welcoming, extremely helpful and efficient, teamaking facilities and comfortable lounges were available at reception and on each floor, and room was comfortable and clean. Overall a very positive experience.

Labor is expensive in Sweden, and to keep costs down the hotel has minimal staff. Check-in is automated. Great location close to the university and the cathedral (Domkyrka). Clean, fresh rooms -- simple, nothing fancy. Good value for the price.

The hotel is ok only. Not good, not bad. The check-in and check-out were complicated because there was no one in the reception and no information about how to proceed. But you can figure out... If the information were organized and systematized so that the host received it in an orderly manner, it would be very simple.

Convenient location, in the city centre, close to shops, bare and restaurante and also at a walking distante from the railway station.Nice Roma and good breakfast

Depending on what you need in an inexpensive place in the heart of the downtown, the two best things are 1) not paying for a private bath and plenty of super-clean communal bathrooms 2) excellent communal kitchen - also clean. Honorable mention: staff is friendly If you want to hang out in your hotel room, the room is very small....why would you want to do that?

Fantastic location and friendly front desk. Room was tidy and peaceful. Very convenient to have access to laundry facilities and option to leave bags to collect later after checkout.

Definitely screams budget, but did have an elevator and rooms were bigger than the CityBox property I had in Oslo (had both a desk, chair, and other, softer chair, plus TV). I suggest couples/families might be happier closer to the main pedestrian area, but since the entire town is pretty small, this place was still a relatively short walk to about anywhere.

We used the hotel as a base for doing uppsala parkrun. Its 7 mins walk to parkrun and closer to the town. Rooms were borderline basic but we only needed a base. They let our whole party have a late check out and looked after our bags for the day. Felt safe and would recommend to others.

A very nice hotel for a reasonable price, especially considering the fantastic location. The only minor negative was, that the breakfast room was too grouded in the mornings, obviously because the hotel is very popular.

The hotel was good and staff are friendly but the room is a bit small for a double with private bath. Overall it a good hotel with a excellent location.

Staff was extremely nice and hotel is very centrally located. I was not happy though because my room was literally opening in the reception/breakfast area, which was particularly annoying given that the showers were on the corridor. Otherwise, the room was ok, apart from the very kitch decor.

I found the single bedroom provided the right amount of space to be comfortable and heard little noise except a few people outside late on a Saturday night. The shared bathrooms were clean and the lighting was good. They also provided a good breakfast as well. I found the staff to be very friendly and accommodating. I highly recommend staying here for people that are happy with the simple basics.
