Very nice hotel, perfect for a couple very romantic place. Only minus was that the people who works at the reception spoke very bad English otherwise very nice hotel.

We loved this place, wish we had stayed in Hua Hin and at this hotel longer.

staffs forgot our request many times, forgot to inform us our room was ready while we were waiting at check in counter, forgot to clean the room, forgot to pick us up at shittle bus station, forgot to fix the lightblub in room.

Great hotel..good for family with baby. Big room with load of functional spaces to change the diaper and give the bath. One bemol is the provided cot without mattress. Delicious breakfast but can be better with a hot chocolat or hot milk.very clean, great Jaccuzzi and the location is perfect for us.

We had a great stay.. it’s not as fancy as it looks at the pictures but was nice and clean. How ever we booked our room for 2 adults and a 4 year old and got only 2 towels and when we asked for one more they wanted to charge us which I found a bit rude. Breakfast was average but filled the spot:) Other than that it was quite good.

Rooms are modern and clean. Staff and service are excellent. Good value for money.

I think overall is okay for us. We had our stays at the room with Jacuzzi Deluxe. Buffet breakfast was nice, free shuttle to some attractions. However we experienced two matters and I think the hotel should take this very seriously. Firstly, the mattress has bed bug, we got bitten by bed bugs. Secondly, the ventilation of our bedroom has problem, we don’t smoke in the room because the hotel is smoke free premises and they have designated area for smokers. But we got warning letter from the hotel twice said that we smoke in the room. The funny thing is we went out early in the morning and back hotel at late night. We received the letter when we came back. Guessed there were other people smoke in other the room.

it is disappointed that there is no gym room in the hotel and the swimming pool is quite small.

Loved my stay here, the pool area is an absolutely beauty, room is really clean, big, very comfortable stay, hotel staff service is awesome. They provide shuttle service to Various attractions nearby. If you’re planning to explore Hua Hin night market, Hua Hin Beach Centre, market village, Plearnwan, you probably will save lots of money traveling back and forth. And the time of shuttle is rather flexible. The fact that it doesn’t have a gym, does not bug me even a bit, given the choice I will probably swim in the beautiful pool.

Great service and the shuttle service. Nothing you can do about the poor location

Our room was clean and comfortable with good wifi connection. Great pool in a beautiful garden setting. We had breakfast not included but eat there once. Could use some improvement. Free shuttle service to downtown and to the the beach and pick up if needed was great. The hotel is is quite a distance from any attractions. Overall we’re happy with our stay.

Superb hotel free transport to night market and back

Greatest friendly people including meeting the Owner!! But, Poolside 1st floor rooms charged extra 1,100 baht night. Some rooms had outdoor jacuzzi Pools but this cost an extra 500 Baht night. Breakfast was minimal and was the most needed improvement area of this Resort. This resort is isolated and is 10 minutes ride into town by a mini bus. Hotel price is of an average value for the inconveniences of breakfasts and isolation.

Reception was no good communication let we feel bad.

Checked in and went to our noisy room adjacent the main road, then put air conditioning on and it did not work. Also noticed that everything in the fridge was hot and they checked that and said yes it doesn’t work ! After they come to fix 3 times the aiconditioning and we were extremely hot ( including my girlfriend who lives in Thailand ) they decided to move us at midnight . Also the Wifi didn’t work at all and when complained there excuse was that everybody was using it . When we had to pack everything up and move to other room again the Wifi did not work at all including at 3AM when nobody was using it and did not work for the 4 nights we stayed there. It couldn’t even pick up the router most of the time so everybody be well aware that what you see is not what you get. The front desk girl cannot talk any English at all ( terrible for a hotel ) when everybody can speak English and she used her google translate to try to talk to you... how do you check in if your not Thai ? Shame on you Ayrest Hotel
