Front desk gentleman was professional, courteous & friendly. I rate him 5 out of 5 stars, but the lobby was unfortunately very loud bc of some kind of kid sport group. That's not hotel's fault, but it was a bit annoying. The property elevator is quite slow as well.

I needed a hotel for a one night stay and was not disappointed! It was the perfect location for the purpose of my trip. Everyone was nice and even gave us some food recommendations.

I frequent this area as my son plays in a lot of baseball tournaments. This is by far the nicest hotel we have ever stayed at. Extremely clean with an upscale feel.

My big complaint is that this property offers only DARK ROAST coffee in the rooms. I hate dark roast coffee. You should have a medium roast available as an option. Not staying here again if I can't get decent cup of coffee in the morning.

Everything was wonderful about the stay. Super helpful staff. Also I still cant get over how quiet this hotel was! Even on a WVU football game weekend!

The stay could have been much better if the cleaning was done properly. During the full stay, the bed was made, towels replaced but sink, toilet & shower never cleaned. The last day the full room wasn’t done/cleaned even though i left for work by 9.45am.

This property is beautiful! The staff was very welcoming and friendly. The environment is beautifully designed with comfortable seating areas, Starbucks coffee, bistro for ordering food, wine, snd beer. There is also a grab and go drink and snack area. In the evening we enjoyed the large outdoor firepit with a glass of wine. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The shower area was large and very clean. We will definitely stay here again!

The property was convenient off the highway and had ample parking. The check in process was quick and the staff were friendly. The room was spacious, comfortable and clean. We arrived around 7:30 pm and there is a TGIF right across the parking lot so we ordered dinner online, picked it up and brought it back to our room. Overall, the hotel was a great place to stay after a long day of traveling.

There is only 1 elevator an it is incredibly slow. The beds were like sleeping on concrete.

The staff at this hotel was very friendly. No breakfast or free coffee. The rooms are run down. Need definite upgrades. Would not recommend staying at this hotel again.

Everything was all good until we were woke up by the housekeeping lady a little before 9:30 a.m. if they had warned us the night before we would have hung a do not disturb sign on the door.

Very clean and well-maintained. Good value. Only complaint was that check-in took a while because the only employee at the front desk kept getting interrupted with other things.

My sister in law is traveling with my little niece and baby nephew from PA to WV to visit family; it got later in the day during her drive and the weather went downhill fast. She called me on the road in standstill traffic from a huge accident- I told her I’d book her a local room so they could all stay for the night safely. She got to the hotel with the kids around 830pm (you can imagine how crazy the kids were by this point lol) and the staff was beyond amazing to them- they not only were kind and gracious they also went above and beyond to make sure sis in law and the kids and their bags all got up to the room safely! My family is so grateful to the staff there- thank you for being so wonderful to our family by treating them like yours!!!
