The floor was dirty, and I couldn’t walk without shoes, the overall clean was perfect, staff is great, the view and amenities were lovely. I really enjoyed the apartment.

The reception Ursula was quite knowledgeable about nearby places to visit, friendly smile and demeanor, always at the ready to assist with any situation that came up with the apartments.

Blue Residence was clean, safe, quiet, and in a great location. The property has three well maintained pools and the grounds are well kept. The office manager, Ursula, was extremely professional, courteous, friendly, and made us feel quite at home. There were maintenance men on call and they handled minor issues quickly. There’s a beach across the street; you can pay for lounge chairs that don’t belong to Embassy Suites, for $10 a day from the sports people, but the chickees/ palapas, are free. Palm Beach and Eagle Beach are near by too. The Super Market is very close. I would highly recommend Blue Residence for anyone visiting Aruba because it’s in a convenient location, it’s safe, clean, quiet, and you’ll feel like it’s your home away from home.

Overall we had a great stay. Ursula at the desk was helpful and nice. Our washer didn’t work so she made sure we had extra towels. Luckily we didn’t need to wash clothes during our stay. The pools were great, the view was amazing. We could easily walk to Eagle beach. The best part was that it wasn’t crowded. We would stay here again.

We loved everything about this property. The spaciousness and the option that all 3 of our teens had their own bed and space was amazing. Waking up every morning to see the ocean outside our balcony was breath taking

It was a beautiful condo with ocean view. In a quiet area across the street from the beach. Nice pool and hot tub. Just a short walk (10 mins) to beautiful Eagle Beach and a 4 min drive to a big grocery store. If you are looking for something quiet, outside the hustle of Palm Beach resorts, this is perfect!

Beautiful condo, property is a bit far from restaurant's if you have little ones after a long day at the beach ( about a one mile walk) had a great time!

Didn't manage to get there and see the property. I guess it is beautiful. But spent a couple of hours on the phone with the staff of the rental office, trying to find a solution to my travel problem. Didn't not get any help, neither feel any interest in helping me. Ultimately lost any desire to make another try to coming there.

A beautiful property. We travelled with 16 people and occupied 3 Condo and everything was great. Even with one condo having issues, we were moved from it with no issues and the issue was resolve seamlessly. The property manager communicated with us in clear proper English which was really appreciated. This place had everything we needed and at a great location between both Palm beach and Eagle beach’

It is walking distance to Palm Beach and it’s great night life but far enough as not to deal with the noise and traffic

Blue Residence was a horrible experience! I reserved a two bedroom condo and was placed in a three bedroom condo. Sounds great, but the condo was dirty with stains on two of the mattresses (see pictures). The counter and coffee pot were so dirty that I had to go to a local store to buy cleaning products the first night.

The view from our condo was incredible. We also enjoyed the pools. The rooms are nicely furnished. Check-in was very slow, almost painful.
The area felt very safe. The condo is located between two busier areas with plenty of great restaurants. Eagle beach is only a short walk away and it is beautiful. It was never too crowded while we were there.

We stayed at the blue residence Aruba and the people at the front desk were extremely rude. We had an awful chemical smell coming into our unit. The second day we were there. They took them three hours to find us another room. We had to pack everything up and move, we asked late they refused. We missed a reservation for my brother-in-law’s birthday. The lady at the front desk called my husband a liar. They were not willing to do anything for us. We asked for a late check out basically the time we lost waiting for the other room , I would never ever stay at the residence again. The staff is extremely rude.

We had a rental car but like to walk. Everything was within a 20-30 minute walk down the beach. Very convenient.
As far as our stay. Only complaint would be shower water not hot enough and the pool closes at 8pm. Other than that it was amazing!

The property was clean and the pools were great, the washer machine was broken also the ice maker in the fridge didn’t dispense ice so we had to grab the ice by hand (not a big deal). Overall it was a positive experience.

Stayed at the Indigo 314. Everything was as pictured. Beautiful and modern property. Had everything we needed. A rug to keep sand out would be even better. Wish there were beach chairs included, they are available for rent at the front desk. Loved the pool, also used the gym on days I wanted to work out and needed a break from the sun . We would definitely recommend this place.
