If you’re looking to stay on Whiskey Row this is the place. It’s right in the middle of it all, so it can get noisy, but great location. Bed was comfortable, service was great.

Fantastic location, amazing staff, absolutely perfect.

Got a suite for $260 a night. Could not walk around so small. Pulled out sofa bed and fell through because springs were broken. Told staff. Did basically nothing my wife fixed it. Could have stayed at anywhere else in town for less than half the price and had twice the room. Total rip off

This hotel is nice clean and charming

There's nobody to answer calls despite the fact that they text you a phone for emergencies. No, if you need emergency there's nobody to answer but an automated answering machine. The lobby is a place for ghosts, nobody there. The window for check in is super narrow. From 3 to 5 PM. All in all a ridiculous business model. I will never book this hotel for the rest of my life. Awful experience.

Location is Everything! Right in the middle of Whiskey Row. No worries about driving! The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean! We have stayed here before and will do so again!

The parking situation is not ideal but the rest of experience makes up for it.

It’s quaint and comfortable. They kept the “old west” feeling with modern conveniences.

It was a bit spooky. Which I thought was cool.

I like the historical features of the Grand Highland hotel. He kept everything as close to the original as possible. My room was quiet, and had all the features I needed. The bed was extremely comfortable in the bathroom was clean. I was not there for spending time at a spa, I was there for the environment of the area. It was safe and I feel comfortable as a single traveler

Really cute boutique hotel right in the middle of historic Whiskey Row. It was so nice to stay close to our favorite bars— no Uber necessary. We also loved the thoughtful little touches— light up makeup mirror and a white noise machine to help us sleep. We’d definitely stay here again.

I am going to be traveling up to Prescott for work a lot these next few weeks. I have stayed here previously, but this time around I was told that the continental breakfast is no longer available. I was hoping to continue to stay here because it is so convient and such an adorable place, but that is a game changer for me. Sorry to see the "free" food go.

Very comfortable and excellent location to Whiskey Row

The second night of our stay the new owners had a DJ in the court yard. The music was so loud we could not even be in our room. This lasted until 10:30 at night. This was our anniversary weekend and it was ruined by the new owners lack of caring about their customers. When management was told they apologize and told there was nothing they could do and this is what the new owners wanted. I wound recommend staying somewhere else. Maybe when the owners lose some money they will start to think about their customers and not trying to add a night club to down town Prescott. This was an amazing hotel when under the previous owners. Very sad to see a piece of history destroyed by new owners.

Great historic feel.

The property was small, but very unique if you like old historic buildings. Super clean and comfortable. Club foot soaker tub, sound machine, breakfast delivered to your room. Beware no elevator if that is a problem for you, but only 2 floors

Staff was friendly and informative. Room was clean and comfy. The temperature was adjustable and the air quality was great. Super cute. Hotel offers free filtered water and ice, complimentary breakfast. My daughter has celiacs and they had gluten free options. Staff took my contact info to ensure If I left something behind, I'd get it returned. White noice machine and ear plugs were sitting on bedside table but not needed. Great location. I would absolutely recommend this place. Bed was comfy, water pressure was great, so many accommodations down to the littlest detail. You can tell the staff takes pride in their hotel.

Historic old property. Very rustic and cool place. Comfortable bed, pillows, towels. good air conditioner. It's right on Whiskey Row, within walking distance of all the bars and restaurants. Free parking in the parking garage RIGHT BEHIND the hotel. It was a GREAT place to stay.

They thought of everything! It was a beautiful room stocked with everything from ear plugs/white noise machine to artistic touches that made it a boutique hotel experience! I loved getting breakfast brought to my room!

We love the uniqueness of these restored and historic properties! A “step back in time” experience that is preferred over any of the chain hotels.

This is an old hotel but with lots of history and charm. The staff could not have been more friendly or helpful. The rooms are small but very clean with all the amenities of a 4 star hotel. Would definitely recommend this hotel. Location is perfect for seeing the sites!
