Lovely motel - great views from balcony. Very confortable and loved the spa bath! Centrally located so lots of options for food and sightseeing. Easy parking and easy to find!

Great location! Office closed at 8 pm. Dated decor. Laundry onsite but no change option and office was closed so had to go find a place to get change.

Spa bath in your room , across from the beach, walking distance to shops and restaurants.

I’ve stayed here often and it’s always my go to in Napier love the spa pool service reception amazing service I do think that the room could do with some maintenance… there was holes in the wall and bathroom door had a huge hole.. the couch could do with a steam clean as it looked grubby and there’s cracks in in the ceiling that I found a little bit nerve racking

Was nice but peeling paint in the bathroom with extractor fan not working. The fan over tub in bed area didn’t work so using it meant a steamy room.

Location was nice with outlook to ocean even on ground floor. Comfortable rooms. Bathroom and shower not as accessible as expected for 2 of our guests and could do with an update. Good value for price though.

Cleaning staff do a great job. But the room needs a refresh. Aircon has mould on it and isn’t fully operational. Benches have scraps etc. Broken blinds in bathroom. Just a tad tired.

After 4 amazing previous stays, booked the same roomtype/rate, but was given a room with stained carpet & two 15cm holes punched in the wall infront of the bed & bathroom door. Could not shake the sense I had been downgraded due to having done something wrong (though we are always respectful guests, leave room as arrived etc.). Shoreline, even if you are in a position where you can't put the bond$ of the customer who caused this damage in room 10 towards repairs, you shouldn't be renting this room out at the same rate to your customers. This room has clearly suffered some violence and that can be traumatic for some people, especially people passing through Napier who have nowhere else to stay and have spent all their money on accomodation. My review: I would say don't stay in room 10 but perhaps dont stay at shoreline as you might still end up in the same situation.

Fantastic location on the waterfront. Loved being able to walk the beachfront park path right from our patio. Walkable dining options or a nice kitchenette for eating in. The 2 bedroom suite was the right size for our family of 4. Very reasonably-priced accommodations, would definitely recommend.
