Very comfortable stay with really helpful staff.

Everything was as expected which is great - the service and people were very kind and helpful. In general, we loved our stay. The big issue is that we found a tiny bug on my pillow two mornings in a row in the middle of our stay - we've now deducted that these were BED BUGS as I have come home with multiple bites on my arms and legs that resemble this. It couldn't have been insect bites from being outside because of the timing that the bites flared up. I will now have to sanitise everything. Please check your beds! We were room 1330. Not a big issue but we opted for a 'greener stay' which meant housekeeping every 3rd night (this 3rd night is mandatory) but this did not happen - we had to request house keeping after the 4th night. The only thing we saw that changed was new towels, sheets were made (not sure if changed), bathroom bin emptied and the shower door was cleaned which was lovely. Tea/coffee station was not replenished or cleaned and main bin was not changed. Not sure if that's because of the system or a confusion with the door hanger. I'm sure if we deducted the bed bug issue before we left and mentioned the concern to the staff, they would have been very helpful as they were great with everything. Overall a great stay apart from this one serious issue.

Great location for public transport and we had very little noise. Staff were friendly and always very helpful. The continental breakfast was very good and had plenty of choices. We certainly will stay hear again when travelling to Amsterdam.

The transport links were excellent and the staff were very helpful and friendly.

The hotel is tidy and clean, the breakfast is good and plentiful, everything is largely in line with the category of the hotel. It is located in a peripheral area right near the Amsterdam stadium and the related metro, bus and train station (10 minutes walk). With the metro, the center of Amsterdam can be reached in about 20 minutes. If you arrive by car, however, there is no possibility of parking nearby except the outdoor parking of the hotel which is very expensive, €32 for a night.

The breakfast was good. Public transport to the city center is near and not complicated. Room was clean. Fair price for the parking.

I have pictures of the bathroom in the shower how filthy is was, even after I complained. A piece of bar soap had fallen on the floor in the shower and was still there after 4 days. The linen was stained upon arrival and still there on day 4, which means that they never changed the linen. I was informed that linen was changed every 3 days. One day, the garbage was not cleaned up and towels were missing. Upon arrival there was a long line across the bathroom mirror that looked like toothpaste drips. It was there still on day 3, eventhough I had brought it to the attention of a manager. After I told them that if I was not going to be compensated for all this disgust, and that once I was back in New York, I would put in a formal complaint, I was offered a free drink drink at the bar, Starbucks coffee, another room for the night. I am not pleased at all and will continue my complaint as soon as I can. By the way, the carpets all over, looked terrible, filthy. There was no toilet paper one day. My dishes were still there the next night from the night before and that’s when I had enough of it and spoke to a female manager. I have names. I like to be compensated.

The property was perfect. But check-in took some time. It could be due to high season, but this needs some attention.

The property was very close to concert venue

My party of three was denied a cot after being told there would be one in our room at check in. The staff was unwilling to help us, claiming there was nothing that could be done, leaving my friends and I to share one bed amongst the three of us for two nights. We also requested clean towels that never came, and housekeeping did not make a stop at our room throughout the duration of our stay.

We had a great stay at this hotel. We weee only in town for 1 night to see the Eras Tour and the hotel went out of their way to make it extra special for Taylor Swift fans. They decorated the reception area in sparkly banners, offered free Taylor Swift mocktails has her music playing 24/7 and even left snacks and bottles of water in our room after the show. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful and the room was very clean. Great experience and I would recommend them

Went to a huge concert (TS!) and the location was very convenient. We walked to the arena in 3 min! So, the hotel was packed with fans, which made it likely more crowded than usual.

Great location for the arena. Was there for Taylor swift and they had nothing available that was non alcoholic in the little convenience area after the show a lil disappointing, bathroom definitely smelled funky like urine I used my own Clorox wipes to cleanse the toilet and area was a lil better.

Very good hotel and breakfast was great!

We stayed at this hotel five years ago, and had a good experience, hence the reason to go back to the same hotel. This time it was extremely busy (Toppers Weekend) and the experience wasn't quite so good. The rooms look a little jaded now, and although we were there for two nights, our room was not cleaned. When I pointed that out when checking out, the excuse was that they had been busy. Sorry, not good enough when you are paying £200 per night. The bar closed abruptly on Sunday evening, and I had to buy an adaptor to charge my mobile because the sockets had not been updated. A disappointed customer overall on this occasion.

Friendly staff. Nice and quit room. But on the 14 th floor we could not open a window for fresh air. Clean room and good bed. Good breakfast

Fine parking options, walking distance from big venues and the trainstation, modern rooms with good beds, helpful staff. The complementary breakfast was ok but has room for improvement (for example no FRESH orange juice) and it was disappointing that the hotel bar was already closed when we came back from the concert at 22:30 (Sunday).
