This hotel is becoming terribly complacent when it comes to it's client approach. 10 years back it was a fantastic, reasonably priced property. Now they prices have gone skyhigh (at times higher than the "normal''" Hilton or the Marriott or even the Sheraton) . On top of that, their service quality has gone down tremendously. Cleaning lady barging in at 10:00 AM despite certainly knowing that the room will be vacated @ noon was one example. But the biggest shocker was the breakfast. Usually high quality with abundant supply of a variety of products. This time there were no eggs of any sort !. Loads of bacon and sausages, but no scrambled eggs, omlettes, hard boiled eggs - nothing . I was quite sure they ran out of eggs - but no, much to my surprise the breakfast shift manager explained that this is the management's decision (!!). Never again - for the money they are charging you can get a far better experience at several other hotels. Avoid until they improve...

This is hotel only provide housekeeping on request! Otherwise there’s no one cleaning your room. Breakfast has good variety but quality is below expectation. Too crowded in the morning with the limited seatings. It is free seating which can be confusing. So sometimes your table can be taken if you took too long making the waffle. It’s crazy that you need to waste time making waffles! This should be basic service hotel should provude. Will not return to this hotel

Close to central railway station and palace of culture. Excellent breakfast But: No mini fridge or coat hangers(or somewhere to hang them) in the room

Good location and hotel good. The only thing is the bed could better not the same as North American or Canadian. Otherwise, everything was fine.

The hotel is busy but well maintained. Breakfast was quite nice too. Very clean and comfortable. Good transport connections.
