First of all I can’t say enough about the staff here. They were friendly and very helpful. The breakfast was good and the pool is saline which was nice so we didn’t smell like chlorine when we got out. The kitchen was a great addition. They have gas grills on the front patio for first use as well, and electric burners and griddles for the room upon request. The area was easy to get around and close enough to Pittsburgh for daily driving to attractions. Don’t pass up this hotel.

We loved everything but when people moved the chairs in the main area it made horrible snapping sounds. Also the coffee isn't very good ! We stayed at another 1 and the same with the coffee. ;( Other than that everything else was WONDERFUL ! Thank you !

Excellent customer service. Eli was very courteous, professional and friendly. Reasonable rate for pet. They even gave us both cookies!

First room had a poorly functioning AC bu, thanks to Chelsea, we were able to get a better room. Unfortunately the new room’s bathtub drain barely worked so made for another hassle. Food was ok and hotel was overall very comfortable.

I think the hotel is fairly nice considering the current age. The location is perfect, extremely convenient. The pool and room nice. The desk staff were wonderful. Room was clean. Beds weren’t super confortable however. Some concerns I would only offer for feedback. The hotel isn’t well insulated which means you can hear people in next room and above you walking. It’s quite bizarre. The breakfast was decent considering hotel complementary food.
I think hotel is very nice overall but if you do not stay way ahead of maintenance, upgrading and renovations, you will have a trash hotel in just a few years. You can tell the hotel was built with the cheapest of materials and the flooring was subpar. I think bathroom was super small for the space but it worked for our needs and overall the stay was nice. Thank you to the hotel staff for making it nice.

My recent stay was excellent as usual. Very good breakfast, room is clean and nice and good size, property is well kept and great location with tons of shopping and restaurants nearby. I like using remote check in and digital key. Digital key wouldn’t work on the outside door and worked intermittently in one elevator. I asked the front desk for a regular card key because of this and they said they’d been having issues in the right elevator and didn’t provide a card key. Otherwise great stay. Home2Suites is one of our favs.

We stayed here for two nights while visiting family in the area. Excellent location close to everything you could possibly want within 5-15 mins max. The bed sheets were soft and bed was comfortable enough.
The breakfast had some of the best options I’ve seen at a hotel in my 8 years of being vegan including non dairy milk and a granola station with high quality fresh fruits like blackberries and blueberries! It was a treat!
We were kindly accommodated 2 hours early for check in which we greatly appreciated. We would definitely stay again.
Not the hotels fault but there was a family with children above us and they were extremely loud (running all over the place late at night). One night we did call the front desk and they said they would call the guests and the noise did stop so I’d say whatever they said worked! Definitely recommend this hotel if you’re looking in the area.

Staff was very friendly. Breakfast was not that good, my kids didn’t find something to eat. The shower temp in our room was either freezing cold or scalding hot. Room was nice and clean, pool was not clean.

It was very obvious the hotel allows pets. There was dog/cat hair around and our room smelled like a cat had been there. The was also very dusty

Friendly front desk staff, hotel in overall good condition. Breakfast was out of/low on multiple items. When asked, they had them in the back but not proactively keeping the breakfast area stocked. Great location in Cranberry walking distance to multiple restaurants.

We have stayed here before, we tend to find Home2’s because we know what we are going to get. Price is affordable, hotel is clean, staff is friendly. Pool area could have been a little cleaner. Room was nice and cool when we arrived which was such a plus in the summer! Will definitely choose this hotel when staying in the Cranberry/Seven Fields area again.

They possibly should not rent pet friendly rooms to non pet folks. Our carpet had a smell. The staff are super friendly. I booked for a two queen bed suite, I was told I can only get one queen bed and a pull out sofa bed. The front desk gentleman was really nice and friendly. He replaced the pull out sofa bed sheets very promptly when we called.

The check in staff member, Eli, was wonderful. Very helpful, enthusiastic, and polite.
No other hotel holds a candle to your continental breakfast. The food was great and not Jimmy Dean microwaveable sandwiches. Breakfast staff was polite and helpful and very attentive to guest needs. My only recommendation is that I wish the hours for breakfast started at 6 on weekends as well. We often book hotel rooms for travel baseball games and on one of the days we were unable to utilize this perk, but had cereal in the room.
The biggest reason we booked your hotel was the ability to keep the entire family (6 our dog) together in one room at a price that would be less than having to book 2 rooms and a kennel if we stayed else where. The in suite mini kitchen helped us to cut cost on dinning out which helps our family budget.
The out door fire pit and grills gave it a wonderful home feeling.
