Amazing find!! What a lovely place and we will definitely be back. Ron's breakfasts were phenomenal and sorely missed this morning at our first breakfast back at home. Ham and cheese souffle, quiche, strawberries and cream...just to name a few. The house is lovely and it's without a doubt the cleanest accommodations I've ever stayed at. Ron is friendly and welcoming, the room we had was comfortable and the bathroom was spacious. There was an abundance of fresh and clean towels, bathrobes for each of us and also toiletries. We really can't say enough about this place!!

It was a beautiful house and our room was wonderful. The breakfast was great. The owner gave us a great restaurant to dine at for the evening.

What a wonderful stay we had! My son & I were there to visit a local university & we felt very much at home! The place was spotless & it’s clear they take cleanliness to the next level, with bagged clean linens & towels. The beds were comfortable & we didn’t hear a sound of anyone else staying at the place. They even accommodated me with my gluten allergy! Top notch!!

We recently enjoyed a one-night stay at Seven Oaks. We had the master bedroom and bathroom and it was delightful in all ways - comfortable, spacious, friendly, quiet, beautiful and the breakfast was delicious. We would definitely recommend this B&B and would love to visit again!

Cleanliness excellent! Owners accommodating. Delicious breakfast. Mattress was a too hard. However, that is subjective preference. Regardless, overall great experience!

Beautiful relaxing setting

We had a fantastically comfortable stay. Exceeded our expectations.

The host was amazing. We had booked as a couple, then found out our grandchildren would also be coming with us. He arranged for an adjoining room. Upon our arrival he provided recommendations for dinner, considering we had our grandchildren with us and the restrictions due to Corvid-19. The house is very nice. The breakfast was unbelievable. We marveled how much our youngest granddaughter ate. After our trip and when the kids were questioned what was their favorite part of vacation-they both said the Bed and Breakfast. We can’t wait to return for our couples night.

From the moment we arrived at Seven oaks we were welcomed. Ron met us at the front door and was an amazing host. Our room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Ron graciously offered to make us an early breakfast as we had an early departure schedule. The breakfast was wonderful! Tasty and plentiful, we ate every bite of it. This will definitely be our go to place when we visit Highpoint.

This place is a GEM! I travel extensively for business and I would highly recommend it to everyone. Picturesque setting, lovely proprieters, delicious food, comfy bed, luxurious bathroom, beautiful house and room! I will be back.

First rate B&B with 3 guest rooms available. Proprietor, Ron Barker, is very pleasant and knowledgeable about NC. We were treated to a traditional southern country breakfast. As a Mainer, it was a special treat.

The only feedback I will give on bedding is - I prefer it to be white; It’s just gives that fresh, crispy look like you would expect in a hotel but everything else is a top notch! Very short stay, so didn't get to try the breakfast, but staff was very friendly and helpful, room was nice. One note - the property is well back from the road (it was actually easier for me to see the signs at night).

I am going to try to be as honest an objective as possible: The reason we chose this place, is because most of the hotels in Greensboro seemed to be by the airport and we wanted a quiet place. Also,we had never stayed at a B&B, and Expedia has posted pictures of a huge hot tub jacuzzi at this bed and breakfast on its website, and we assumed that our room would have this. I should have called this place first and confirmed whether or not this was true, and I didn't, and I got burned, and there was nothing I could do about it, since the fees are non-refundable and we were on a tight schedule and wouldn't have had time to even find another place. However, my wife was extremely upset, and I'm still in the doghouse about it, and I will probably have to hear about this until the day I die. I would encourage all travelers to call a facility and confirm what the amenities are, since Expedia makes it ambiguous as to what they actually are, and they do this with a lot of places, which I found out the hard way on my vacation. Looking back, this is probably obvious to the reader, but I had never had an issue like this previously, as the rooms always matched the description. Some other things of note: There is a grill, but guests are not allowed to used it. There is a fire pit, but they only build fires on the weekend. There is free internet, but I could not get the provided passcode to work, even after trying about 30 different ways. The room was too hot.
