This is am amazing place, feels like you are stsying with a friend. The man that did welcome us was so nice and friendly. And we meet some new friends also, we are so glad we did chose this place.

Lovely home set up as a bed and breakfast. Quiet, clean and comfy. Just minutes from Niagara Falls but away from the crowds. The kitchen was stocked with food for us to make our own breakfast. I was expecting breakfast served to us as that's the idea of a bed and breakfast. It worked out fine and the four of us all helped ourselves to what we wanted, when we wanted it. I recommend.

The parking for this B&B was in the back in the alley. There was no sign to designate which house was theirs and it was hard to find.
Before arrival, I received a list of things they would like from their guests, including quiet time after 10pm and no eating in the rooms.
Our room was right outside the kitchen. We were in bed and had fallen asleep around 11pm and some guest arrived. Their caretaker came out to greet the guests and all of them were very loud. They certainly didn’t follow the rules of quiet time after 10pm.
Someone also came down at midnight and was very loudly eating and chatting with someone else. It was 100% not a relaxing trip.
The breakfast in the morning was granola bars and make your own oatmeal. They didn’t have water to drink for their guests either.
I really regret booking this place. In fact, had I gotten the “rules” beforehand, I would never had booked the place.

Properties around it are tired but area is safe. Service was good and kitchen always stocked well. Recommend adding a Kuerig coffee maker.

The property had an unpleasant smell. Temperature could not be regulated and the windows could not be opened. Breakfast was do it yourself and jelly and other condiments were in partially used family size containers. Bedroom was tiny.

Doors were very secure. Good interior and exterior lighting. Very nice interior decor. Well-stocked bathroom and kitchen. A bit challenging steps for the handicapped but managable. Our bathroom floor was quite tacky feeling. Great help from the reserve desk!

The location of this place is unbeatable for the price - less than 15 minutes from the falls and 15 minutes from Artpark where we were seeing a concert. Bed was super comfortable, everything was clean and quiet, and the host was very kind and helpful with recommendations for the area!

This was a reallly nice bed & breakfast! Spotless clean, bed was comfy. I read a review that the shower was slippery and man they werent lying!!! But, otherwise, CLEAN!! I didn't realize until after I booked that they weren't actually serving breakfast because of covid, my fault, BUT they had individually packaged bowls of cereal, some fresh fruit & granola out so that was nice. I was kind of looking forward to the whole bed & breakfast experience of meeting the other guests but we never crossed paths with any of them & only heard them as they left in the morning. If your looking for a getaway, I would highly recommend this spot!!! We would book here again.

The property was okay but we felt we were really charged a high price. The location was not a prime location and the amenities were not that great, that we were charged the price equal to what 4 or 5 star hotels charge in the location. The host was a friendly guy and welcomed us nicely, but we were charged higher than what it should be. Thanks

Getting parking is very confusing. No clear instruction a about the parking. Rest room basin was getting water logged and bathroom floor was too slippery.

This was our first B&B experience and although the place was very cute and comfortable, I was disappointed that the owners didn’t check us in and we didn’t get to meet or talk with them. I thought that was the whole point of the B&B experience

We stayed at the upper room, the floor was squeaking badly whenever we were walking across the room, and the side entrance door was right on the same wall of the bedroom we stayed in.. so woke me up every time someone closed the door hard,
That was nothing though compared to the loud noise some guests made when they came in @11.20pm even though the rule was “quite starts 10pm”.
We didn’t get the quietness we needed until after 03.30am, that was terrible & so insensitive from other guests.
We emailed Jordan early morning, hope he reminded the guests about what they had done to other guests in the house.

this wasn't a real bed and breakfast. there was no one there to cook or take care of anything. the place was for sale. we paid for a bed and breakfast so we could enjoy the free breakfast. there was no breakfast and the street it was on may have look ok but the surrounding area is very concering.

Little Italy of Niagara was an average place, nothing spectacular. Our room (#2) was quite warm and there was no way to very the temperature. Also, we felt that calling the service a Bed & Breakfast was misleading as most BnBs provide a fully cooked breakfast. Little Italy simply provided foodstuffs and a kitchen – it was cook-your-own. Plus, the owner asked patrons to clean the dishes for the sake of the other guests. If one is going to advertise as a BnB, we feel they should provide a fully cooked breakfast. Or, if not, make it very clear that breakfast is cook-your-own and adjust the fees accordingly.

Sketchy area and the sink was broken when we first arrived. It did get fixed in like an hour. When I wanted to cancel because of my reasons, the manager just laughed at me.

It is a nice little house but a little to pricey for what it is. You can hear all the guest when talking and walking around the house. On the description said that breakfast was included but didn't specified that everyone needed to cook their own meal.

It was the first time we stayed at a bed and breakfast and we loved it. Very comfy and clean. Jordan was a great host. We would stay there again and now we are interested to stay in other bed and breakfasts because of this experience.

Manager was quick to meet us and show us our room and amenities even though it was late at night.

Host was very accommodating when we arrived. The location is close to malls and department stores, including a 24 hr Wal-mart. House was tidy, comfortable, and renovated. Would definitely stay here again!
