Nice pool, friendly staff, tasty little breakfast, large rooms, good location. We had no problems at all, i can definitely recommend it.

Just spent a week at Waringin and it wasn’t too bad. The air conditioning didn’t work properly and it was quite hot and hard to sleep. I asked to get it looked at but nothing happened. Apart from that, it was pretty good. The staff are nice and the pool is nicely maintained. So if the A/C was better I’d stay again. Great location with a nice little local Warung with a bamboo bar which was great for a cold beer. Nice and close to Poppies Lane which has it all, so all in all, a good stay

Location was ok, 3 stars are a bit exaggerated. Staff was friendly and brekkie with banana pancake and fruit and coffee quite basic. Pool was nice and after swim it was easier to go to cold shower as there is no warm water at all. Room was rough but at least there was the fan. You'll need earplugs if you want to sleep. Considering what you get, the price is still very good :)

Very easy to aces from Poppies 2 or Sky Garden. Plenty of places around to eat or drink. Waringin is a good place considering the cost. It can be noisy but then again you are in Kuta. The rooms are clean enough, more so than other homestays in the area. I would go back.

When we checked into the standard double room here it was so dark and depressing, hardly any natural light and only one rubbish light bulb it felt like the middle of the night. The bathroom was tiny, with the drain in opposite corner to the shower (why!) meaning the whole floor gets soaked. That night we were woken by loud drunk guys in the pool at 3am even though the pool is supposed to be closed at nights, clearly they do nothing to enforce it. The staff were also rude and unhelpful. For the same price you can definitely get a better place elsewhere (like Ronta Bungalows round the corner). We asked the next day if we could please only stay for 2 nights rather than the 3 we had booked, they refused but said we could use the third night another time. So we came back for 1 night a week later, again in a standard double room, this time the room was soo much better. More windows, more light, a decent lightbulb, bigger room, bigger and nicer bathroom, nicer floor & ceiling.. So definitely a mixed bag. The rooms shouldn't all be the same price when some are so much better than others!!

Very clean spacious room. Great location. Close to Kuta beach and all activities, but tucked away in smaller streets - away from the noise. Staff very friendly and helpful. Room and facilities kept very clean. Would recommend.

He called the owner over, and we decided we don't wanna stay there anymore, the owner was nice and patient, he agreed on refund since they don't have our reservation and we didn't stay, and told me to request refund on hotels.com.When I requested refund on hotels.com, the customer service told me that the homestay refused refund without any proof and never answer me back my further questions. So I don't know if the owner meant to keep his word.

It is located about 10 mins from the beach, and 5 mins from the bars,shops and restaurants which is ideal.The staff are all lovely and friendly, and very helpful. Something to note: If you pick the basic room it has a cold shower, and fan not A/C. The cold shower is not so bad when its warm, but the room was so hot even with the fan running 24/7.Nice pool, and the whole place is always kept clean, pretty quiet and a nice peaceful place to stay, but not to far from the hustle n bustle.Thanks Guys - Dais

Staff were friendly and helpful, location is close to everything, though quiet and we slept well. Upgraded room with air con, crazy not to get in wet season as humidity is high. Overall for what you pay the superior rooms were great as we didn't spend much time at the place other than sleep.

While not flash, for the price it was clean and comfortable. Location was excellent, being walking distance to most things while being tucked away in a lane between poppies 1 and 2. Bring your own extra towels as none provided, floor towels etc. No soap or toiletries at all. Breakfast delivered to your room, pancakes and tea and coffee was very nice. Staff helpful

Nice place, with swimmingpool and great rooms. Awesome location!!!!! Breakfast was okay, but it is small portion, so you need to eat some more right after. I would definitely recommend this place! Cheap place to stay, but really good value for money!
