I am happy with my stay. The location was very good and so was the staff. There is a mini bar, ac, kettle and cable channels. Good value for money.

well located with easy access from airport by bus (get off at tran hung dao or rap hung dao stops, cross the street, walk down de tham road about 100m and voila!Hotel is small, not posh looking, but for the price, it is very worth it. Room is clean and most important, the aircon works, no funny smells or mozzies. Windows both ends (you know when its morning lol) the beds are free of bugs, comfortable (I booked single person but room can actually sleep three with one queen bed which i used for my luggage and clothing as the wardrobe was a bit creaky while i slept on the twin bed). Bathroom does not have a shower screen but the shower is strong and heater works well, wc and washbasins are new looking and clean, no ugly stains etc, plus the airy bathroom window ensures that the bathroom dries rapidly.Staff are generally helpful and you can get your local phone sim card at the phone shop occupying the hotel annexe just next to reception.Food and drinks very convenient plus its a short walk to backpackers pub area with all the nightlife and restaurants pubs. transport is easy, walk back to bus stops at tran hung dao or rap hung dao along the tran hung dao road and you can get buses to anywhere you want but i walked most times as its very near to ben thanh market etc. Only issues, no elevator (ok for me) be careful of the traffic, and if you are a late sleeper, the roosters crowing and neighbourhood women chattering as they get ready for the day will wake you up at 5am...

There is an outside BBQ pork chops restaurant in front of the hotel to your left for 40,000d which is very good and also a little underground coffee shop right beside and the lady is lovely!

Arriving after 11:00 p.m., the gate was closed. After knocking, staff comes here, and said there is bell the side of gate. However, I didnt know that.

The best locations ,walking distance to bui vien clubbing spot... the room is spacious comfortable and yet budget hotel

Nice big clean room, great price and location, not noisy like the other end of the street where all the bars are, and only takes 2 minutes to get to the bars

Nice hotel. Good location. Good price. No problems. I would stay again. Roosters were noisy in the morning, but this is common most places.

We got a spacious room with a double bed and a single bed. The aircon and water heater worked just fine. There's a power cut (happens quite often in HCMC) the last morning we're there and we couldn't get accessed to the internet. The husband and wife owners of the hotel were nice enough to help us order a Grab taxi to the airport from their mobile phone. Thanks a lot!

The hotel is located in the nice area near lots of eateries and place for tourist like Pham Ngu Lao. There're a lot of famous restaurants nearby. It is also walkable to attractions like Benh thanh market or Saigon square. The staffs are really friendly and helpful. The room is clean and perfect for such a price we got. I will recommend this hotel.

The room was clean and bed was comfortable. We got fresh towels and toilettes. At night you have to ring a bell to get in as you dont get a seperate key to the main entrance. It wasn't a problem for us as we were quickly let in and we felt really safe in the hotel (also motorcycles were locked in and under supervision). Overall, for us pleace got everything we needed and was close to the Ben Thanh market.

We were in Saigon for one night and this place did the trick for a place to crash after a long day of travel. The bed was a bit hard, and the room/bathroom weren't in fabulous, updated condition, but we didn't really have any complaints! And the staff were kind and understood enough English to help us get around :)

Great little hotel in a great central location close to Be Tranh markets and pubs/resturants.

The hotel staff are very kind and helpful. They keep the rooms spotless. The rooms have all the amenities one really needs, from fans to AC to hot water to a nice bed to furniture to wifi. They seem to be on a lookout for you too. The only missing item is a in-room safe. Very pleased by the value.
