Reasonable location

This is not accomodation that you would let your pets stay in. The photos of the environment on the Hotels Website do not in any way reflect the poor standard of the place. Were not informed the kitchen was closed for renovations and there were no meals. The room smelt awful and looked a 100 years old. Mirror was missing and only redeeming feature was the beds were made. Homeless people would not want to stay here. Could not get refund so just lost my money and went and booked elsewhere for two nights. Not impressed with any part of this transaction. 0 Stars !

There were trucks parked near the motel and they were noisy in the early morning. The room smelt like smoke and generally needs upgrading.It was not worth the money we paid to stay the night.

Banned me from every motel associated due to supposed traffic from my room, when it wasnt even my room that had traffic it was the room beside me

The walls were cracked ,no heating facility for heating things up.

We were just passing through Mackay and needed a bed for the night. One night was ok. Was very dated which is ok but some well needed fresh air through the unit was required, very musty.

This place was absolutely terrible. Vomits stains on taps, cold showers, rancid kettle, two pieces of glasses with rags to clock the wind, freezing at night. Never cleaned windows and carpets possibly for years. Didn’t even have curtain rod, used the air con cable to hang the curtains. That was too late for us to change another place, I would rather sleep in car if I didn’t have a little one with us. Doors looked like they were easily broken in at any time. I had an absolute sleepless night. Ohhh, no reception check out staff, we couldn’t find no one had to leave key in the room. The only good thing about this place was the check in staff she was friendly. Tried to upload some pics of this horrible place but the app wouldn’t allow me some reason.

Good accommodation for low-cost overnight stay for three.

Great rooms, good price, comfy bed

The kids loved the free games (Nintendo, Arcade Car etc). Kids voted this stay #1 of all the places we stayed at.

Very basic accommodation, shower and toilet need attention but otherwise good value

Easy access to food and drink; good shower and air-conditioning which was important at the end of a hot ride on a motorcycle.

Not a 3 star rating place but was clean and staff were very friendly. Rooms are extremely old and desperately need an update. Not bad overall, but probably wouldn't stay there again

Yes facilities are old but everything worked well for us. Very clean and tidy, comfortable and we slept well. Excellent value for money. We will certainly use again. Staff were lovely. We highly recommend.

My second visit was just as enjoyable as my first. Most importantly, the staff were excellent, with the receptionist lady going above and beyond what was required of her. The room was quite old, but had everything you need, and was tidy enough. A swim in the pool was just what was needed after a long day, and the food at the hotel was great and cheap. For the price, it is highly recommended.
