Will never stay at this motel ever again... They enter your room when you are not there... They allow people to sit on the property and do drugs right in front of everyone staying there.... Blood on sheets walls they don't clean the rooms very well nasty place I have ever stayed at.... Waste of money....

Room was clean staff was awesome hot water didn't work hotel just needs some upgrades. It's a shame too it's such a good staff great people to talk to courteous thoughtful polite shared great information about the area etc. It's a shame that having a good staff yet the plumbing didn't allow the water so is always barely warm the fan made a lot of noise so I'm sure the people upstairs didn't appreciate it. Just maintenance things and upgrades just points to upper management and the company itself. Maybe a disconnect or something is going on. You want to say again as my 20 years plus customer service and the industry hotel travel that you have a great staff.

The hotel manager did not want to provide us a room for 4 persons (2 adults, 2 kids) that I had booked with Expedia. He said there are no such rooms in the motel. He said it is not his mistake. He offered me to book another 2 bed room as a solution. I made a phonecall. After about 40 minutes the issue was settled. The hotel manager showed me a room, "the largest, that we have" with two queen size beds, which was suitable for the number of persons booked. Do not recommend this motel for this reason.

Nasty carpet

We paid for 3 days and left before 24 hours was up with no reimbursement. Witnessed at least 5 separate junkies trying to break into cars. And their drug dealer who lives at the motel came to my door and threatened me and my son's lives. He only backed down when my hand went for the gun on my hip. Stay away from this motel if you value your life.

Cockroaches my toilet don’t work they have RATS the size of my dog mike the employee that works is very inappropriate he walked in to room threatens people calls names Stays harassing people BLACK MOLD COVERS MY WHOLE ROOM there’s no FAN OR AIR FLOW OR VENTILATION no fire alarms totally unsafe and toxic

shower was poor. TV remote would not adjust volume from a whisper

If you're not familiar with the area, maybe this isn't the place for you, although it is surprising very save.

For the price I didn't expect much. We just needed a place to sleep for the night. The staff were very nice. BUT, The room was dirty. Counter top near sink was sticky, everything was dusty ,the bed coverings were very worn and the sheet had cigarette burns in it. It was just gross. We were exhausted and didn't know the area so we just stayed. I would never stay here again!

The staff was friendly and well trained. With that being said. It goes way down from there. The room was not clean. The tables, end tables and tv stand were very dirty. The carpet was sticky, dirty and stained. The police were there multiple times throughout the evening. The neighborhood is rough. I chose this hotel for convenience of the location. Never again. Always read your reviews.

The owners are kind great people. Friendly staff. We have been staying for years. We come for work it is well priced and we do not ever have run in or problems with the city problems that surround the area. The owners and staff maintain safety on the property.

I called the office to make sure my payment got applied to a specific room since the 'reservation' was for a family member who was already staying there. The guy in the office was extremely rude. I said "I'm calling about my reservation." He said "Yeah, so what about it? What about it?!!" Before I could explain why I wanted to confirm since it was an odd situation, he said "You don't need to call, it comes thru automatically!!!!" & he hung up. When I drove into the parking lot the previous night to visit my family member, I saw a rat on the walkway outside the rooms.

From the outside, I questioned, once inside the room, I had nothing to complain about! Clean, quite.

the room had holes in the wall beverage stikes on the wall dust every where floor by sink was nasty dirty ,outlet by sink was out of the socket beds were terrible holes in them the microwave was rusty not very good choice of channels on tv no good internet connection we will not stay here again

It's more like transitional housing in an older motel. The location is convenient and a lot of walkable restaurants and grocery. The room was very worn and minimal maintenance. Very loud and lots of noise all night long.

The front desk couldn’t find my Expedia reservation where already I paid. Had to call customer service to straighten out. No towels were provided in room. Font desk couldn’t find where clean towels were stored. Room was adequate but everything old/worn/outdated. Large amount of homeless people around the area. Next time I’ll spend the extra $ and stay somewhere much nicer.

Our room was filthy, and when we presented the front desk with this issue at checkout since we were only able to stay one night, I asked for a partial refund and they told us know because we didn’t tell them right when we got in the room. Mind you there is pizza crust and candy all over the floor and the room was just filthy anyway.

Convenient location for picking up a car from nearby dealer who warned me that this was a problem neighborhood. Had no trouble myself but Fred Myer across the road is getting a bad rap. I did notice that the security lock on the door to my room was missing the slider. Otherwise, I slept well, even overslept and missed breakfast.

As long as you are ok with the possibility of the homeless breaking into your car, and the traffic of vehicles and people coming in and out of this place, it looks a little sketchy. Will have to look deeper at location when booking from now on.

Front counter person was amazing. Very nice and communicated everything with me. Answered all my questions i had. Upon entering the room i wasnt to impressed. It was just a room. A dirty lookinng blah room. Needs some good deep cleaning and vaccuming caulking in the bathroom the wall can be painted where someone spray painted the wall above headboard.

The room smelled like smoke. The carpet was dirty. The furniture old. Needed an update. Small pillows. 1 towel and washcloth for 4 people. Overpriced. No continental breakfast included.

Was close to food service

What a dump this place was. Stains on carpet and walls. One bath towel &1 face cloth was all that was supplied. I had to go get more from the office. Asked for extra pillows as the 2 supplied were pretty flat. The guy took about 10 minutes to come with a couple of lumpy pillows that I figured he had just made & possibly filled them with stray socks - they were that lumpy. Would never stay there again.

Staff was very helpful and room was clean but motel is dated and in a shaky neighborhood.

Check in was horrible. Forgot my ID. They would not let me use my online ID. Had my Husband name on the card of booking but wouldn’t honor my husbands ID. Made us pay for another room. Would not refund. Would not accommodate. The faucet was not working. Booked for part of 4 gave us 1 set of towels. Asked more 3 more gave us only 2. No iron. Would never recommend.

Probably the worst place I have ever stayed. The place is filthy. Carpet and chairs stained with things I don't even want to think about. Black hairs on the sheets, bathroom disgusting. The place looks like a homeless shelter pretending to be a motel.

Extremely filthy. Sheets were full of hair, carpet left black marks on items, crusty bits on walls and counters, either caked dirt or mold in appliances. Items had thick dust. The only thing that had been cleaned was the toilet, thankfully. Only stayed for a few hours and got out after sleeping on my own blankets. Was initially placed in an unbreathable smoking room but they did switch me.
