Weekend at the beach. Hotel check in easy and fast and clerk was very helpful about local restaurants. Room was clean and comfortable and roomy with an upholstered chair and footrest. Side view of beach with small balcony on western side was perfect for reading outside in October on a gorgeous weekend. Hampton Beach is always great to visit even in off season. Special dinner Saturday night at The Old Salt restaurant in Lamie’s Inn. Excellent food and service. Perfect weekend getaway.

We had an ocean view room with double beds on the 3rd floor. Front desk staff was very polite and welcoming. The room and bathroom were clean, beds were comfy and the view of the beach from the balcony was absolutely spectacular! Our balcony had two chairs and a small side table. I was able to park directly across the street from the hotel which was a plus. I was able to see my car parked from the room. 100% recommend and will be back again! Thank you for a wonderful experience.

Pros: Greeted warmly by front desk staff. Access to coffee/tea/hot cocoa in front lobby 24 hours a day. Room good size and clean. Bathroom average size for hotel room. Side viewing balcony to sit out on. Was able to view fireworks on Labor Day evening from balcony. Beach right across from Hotel. Good amount of free parking at site. Small elevator available as well as stairs. Cons: Room & bathroom needed updating. Water stain on ceiling. No landline in room for emergencies. No in-house restaurant but plenty of options to chose from on boulevard. Wall hooks on wall but picture/mirror missing.

We had a great stay. The cleanliness was great, the room was up-to-date, had a nice view of the ocean from the balcony. All the staff we met was very friendly and helpful. The location was perfect, the busiest part of the boardwalk was a five-minute walk and it was just far enough away from it to be quiet. Plenty of parking, we would definitely go back

This is a very clean hotel. The room was very spacious and I loved sitting out on the balcony in the evening looking at the ocean. I like that it's up on the north end because it's a little quieter up there than the south end. I would definitely stay here again.

Staff was great. View was beautiful. Room was pretty clean, although fingerprints on bathroom door and fridge, food under the bed from previous stay. Curtains were broken. Shade on the side window was not light blocking. Room needs to be refreshed and a little more updated. No soap dish, no hairdryer, patio furniture was dirty and could be a little less cheap. Phone was in a drawer with the alarm clock. I don't know if they even worked. Over all, I guess it's a place to sleep and it is on the ocean.

Great stay clean room and right across the street from the beach

Recently stayed at the Hampton House, this is by far one of the best places I’ve stayed while at Hampton Beach! This place is conveniently located, the beach is directly across the street..easy accessible from multiple places. The staff were excellent, very friendly and knowledgeable. They have on the property parking and a parking garage that is easily accessible. The room was excellent, we had the double beds with partial beach view..nothing partial about it..the beach is easily visible along with many other great views..you won’t be disappointed.

Very quiet end of the strip not super busy very nice staff clean close enough to walk pretty much anywhere.

We’ve stayed at an oceanfront room at this hotel and, to be honest, we liked the partial ocean view better because it didn’t have as much street noise on the balcony. The only issue is that guests seem to enjoy smoking pot on their balconies. Despite the hotel warning guests that smoking is prohibited in the hotel, it happened every time I was on the balcony and every time I’ve stayed there. The hotel could probably do a better job of monitoring and enforcing as the stench is something to behold. Overall, a pleasant stay, clean room and good location.
